I have been going here frequently for several years now. Usually no problems, work is completely in a timely and friendly manner and I am on my way.
However, I had just had my tires replaced here a few weeks ago and proceeded on a road trip these last few days. On the way I noticed a loud grinding noise while braking and after inspection I saw some metal shavings on my brakes. After professional review at a shop, it was revealed that a screw had been missing and caused my brakes to be loose and unsafe. This negligence was a headache and a hazard on a road trip to say the least and caused me additional money and time getting it fixed.
I still opt for 3/5 stars since this is an out of the ordinary occurrence, but I do hope it remains out of the ordinary.

Here visiting on vacation from Charleston, SC, rental car tire losing air, dropped by when they opened today. Large screw lodged in tire. Fixed and on my way in 20 minutes, extremely reasonable price. This is how service is done. Thank you Newberg Tire, very grateful to you.

Not only did they get me right in without an appointment but by far the best customer service I've ever had at a tire shop. Would highly recommend giving these guys a chance before going to the competition.

Fast and reliable. Mitch helped get my car back in operation by the end of the day. The team is honest and transparent and stays in communication throughout service- calling and asking before making any decisions that affect the vehicle or my wallet !

Would highly recommend this place to anyone (even better to support a local family business)! Service was a 10/10 starting with the guy who answered the phone being very patient and helpful with any questions. Upon arriving they had my tire changed out immediately and brought up some other underlying issues. Very honest place with great service and can’t beat the prices!

Good service and value. I'm kind of an auto repair snob and do most of my work myself. I appreciate these guys, as they don't treat me like an idiot and talk to me straight and honestly. They tell you what is wrong, give some options and don't hold you hostage.
