Amelia is a wonderful person to work with!She runs the best Sherwin Williams in Oregon.Ive been to 15 they are all great but this store in Newberg is on point everytime. Matching any color from anywhere. Thank you!!

The bad rating is mostly not toward the store itself, except our last visit to buy paint I was not pleased with the employee that was complaining about not wanting to be there. Just not something a customer wants to hear the whole time shopping.What this rating is mainly based off of is the tester paint. We bought tester paint, decided we liked it and bought a gallon. We had been told you can paint right over the tester paint, but once we did it all peeled off where the tester paint had been. After peeling off the tester paint and starting fresh, it was pretty frustrating.Overall, I would rather pay more for tester paint and have it be quality than deal with it peeling off and falling apart.

Great place with great customer service. Staff was amazing! I was in to try and recycle a number of cans of paint. They were set up and ready to go and it was no problem. It was also nice to be able to properly dispose of the paint and they are set up to do that. In addition, they are very knowledgeable on paint and are helping me get my house painted. It's good to have a local business that really are subject matter experts.
