“What a great experience at Sherwood JiffyLube! Went in for an oil change, but it turned out the mileage indicated my Honda was also in need of some other "fill-ups," as well. I had initially stayed in the car because my small dog was with me, but I was asked if I wouldn't mind moving to the waiting room, as they needed to have someone in the driver's seat. Roger offered to move a chair outside, as it was a nice day, so I sat there with my dog in my lap. After a few minutes, a cool wind picked up and I was just about to ask if I could get my coat from the car when Roger came out and asked if I'd like him to get my dog's blanket out of the car (Dobby's a Chihuahua and I'm pretty sure he starts shivering when it gets below 70 degrees!). Anyway, Dobby and I were both very appreciative of Roger's kindness throughout our time there - though Dobby was probably most thankful for the dog treat!”

“I get my oil changed at several locations with no fanfare . Today the new manager at this location took care of getting a burned out turn signal bulb replaced . He did it quickly and got me back on the road quickly. I will be back!”
