We have rented a space at Newberg Self Storage for over 8 years with no problems! After going there today to get our Christmas decor we will be quickly removing everything and finding a new location. Our unit is now infested by rats and much of our personal property damaged. It was a gross and disgusting mess. The manager was very apologetic, but offered no solutions or compensation. They were very aware that rodents had recently become a problem due to a renter leaving food in their unit. But, they did not inform us of the issue. We were told today that we should have rat traps inside our unit and contact our insurance company about compensation!!

I've had my storage a little over a year and every single interaction... from the shopping for a storage to the taking posession of the unit, all my payment interactions and submitting my notice to move out have been AMAZING! I am seriously impressed with Kellie and how fair and reasonable her business practices are! I would recommend over and over again and know where I will return if necessary!

Solid storage and secure. I got one of the smallest units to store business items i need for rental properties, but it was supposed to be a 6 foot space, but it is considerably smaller than 6 feet which makes storing things like flooring materials problematic. Very nice and professional encounters.

Real service! We were in an emergency wildfire evacuation situation and when we got to Newberg needed a safe and reliable place to leave the valuables we fled home with. Curtious service, discounted rental, VERY helpful staff even helped get us a better motel room. A#1, 5 star place.

The old hag must have left because the two young girls we have dealt with are friendly and totally helpful. Couldn't be happier with the storage unit and the employees.
