Absolutely horrible service, went to multiple dealers to compare prices & this is the only one I did not like. Walked around waiting to see multiple pickups for my business & all they did was watch me through the window like a bunch of hawks, didn’t get a wave or anything so I simply left & went to the next one. That’s not how you get sales!

This is the only Ford dealer you should consider! Ask for Kevin!
After months of car shopping and going to dozens of other dealers, I was fortunate to give Kevin at Newberg a call. From the beginning to the end, Kevin was professional, courteous, quick, honest, and diligent. He is easily the best salesman I have worked with in any capacity and would recommend him to friends, family, and anyone who is considering buying or selling a car. We are so happy with our Mustang Mach-E and Newberg Ford went above and beyond to make it a fun and enjoyable process. We know we bought the best car for the best price and got it from the best people.
No ask was too big and no matter was too small for Kevin and the rest of the team at Newberg Ford. They were always quick to find an answer or get something done but you never felt rushed. There was no hard-sell, no hidden costs at the end, or any of the other classic frustrations you see with other dealers. Just a top tier experience throughout.
We are so happy with our new car and our car buying experience. When our lease runs out, Kevin and Newberg Ford will be our first call regardless of where we live - because they are worth the trip.

When I booked my service, I booked 2 recalls. They scheduled them. When I got there, they told me that their shop does not do the door welds for the recall. They are not certified to do them.
What I don't understand is, did they need that money so bad that they would pull this, instead of sending me where I could have had it all done in one shot. They knew when they booked it, that they were not certified.
Just a bit cheesy.

I dealt with Mike and Keven and they were great. When I went in initially Mike was the only person on the floor and not even being a salesman he dropped what he was doing to help me and take me on a test drive. Keven was super pleasant and very explanatory with all the details about the car and the process it took to get me in it. As a first time buyer I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I was getting ready to purchase a new car. I found out that Newberg Ford will sell you a new ( yes NEW) vehicle with open recall. So you actually paying for the vehicle but you can't take it home. I heard frustrated buyers waiting for months and months for a vehicle they already purchased . So before buying a new car, makes sure you can take it home the same day. p.s I heard a complaint was already submitted to FTC/ Oregon AG for this practice.

brought in F150 for repair to sunroof. Under warranty from BMW Salem. was immediately told by Austin that it wouldn't be covered. Called me next day stating the sunroof repair wouldn't be covered and I have an axle seal leak and it was going to be 2k. He said the warranty person on site said it would not be covered and refused to call my warranty company. I 3 way'd my warranty company. They said it was covered. Then I left town till the 17th of May, Austin saying it would be 4 or 5 days to repair. 17 days with my car there, no work had been done. I called when I got back to town, on the 17th, Austin claimed he was waiting on the warranty company to confirm repairs. I called the warranty company, they had not heard anything from Austin. Austin stated he was on hold for several hours with the warranty company. I got through to the warranty company with a minute. A Sales Manager also told me all they had was a fax number. When my truck was finally repaired, I was told I owed $800. Again, I called my warranty company, they said this is not correct. Nolan, I believe, solved the issue quickly along with a Sales Manager. At 2 different points I asked to speak with the GM, and was told he was on vacation. I asked for the Service Manager. Also, on vacation. I asked who is running the dealership while they are gone? I was told the Sales Manager run the Sales side. With no Answer to who is running Service. 23 days total my truck was there. I spoke with my regular mechanic, and he said that is highly unusual. Without my persistence, I would have paid 2k for repairs. And the flat out denial to call my warranty company is terrible. I wonder how many folks have just paid when they didn't need to? I came to the Ford Dealership believing i'd receive better service. I was wrong. I will not be returning. I do not want anything from Newberg Ford. I run a small business myself. And if my customers were being treated this way, I would want to know. I'm leaving this review to heighten awareness in our community about things like this. The Service Department at Newberg Ford cannot be trusted. Very unfortunate. Take care all.

A big thank you to Kevin and JT! Working with them remotely from 1,600 miles away they still went above and beyond to help me out! Highly recommend this team to anyone interested in a vehicle!

HIGHLY Recommend NOT buying a used car at Newberg Ford. I bought a 2015 Subaru from them in December. Took it in to a Subaru dealership to get it inspected. There was an oil leak, long story short, the only way to fix it was to take the ENTIRE motor out, and the 2 rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced. That was a $5k + job. That took a month to get back. Drove it for 2 days and the Transmission went out. That was a $8,200 job. Spoke to the Sales manager once I found out about the leak, and got nothing but attitude from him. He just kept saying "Good thing you bought a warranty" and " I'm not sure what you want me to tell you to make you feel better". I responded with, "I'm not looking for you to make me feel better, this looks terrible on your part" I asked for a copy of the inspection report from when they took the car in on trade. There was an oil leak stated on the report, but NOT mentioned to me when I bought the car. One good thing, if you want to call it that, the finance guy INSISTED that I buy the warranty. Even after I turned it down several times. The price of the warranty somehow magically went from $6k, that was declined. Then offered to me for $2,000 or so. I have owned the car for 5 months, There has been $13,000 worth of repairs. (All covered by warranty luckily) Hopefully this is it for a while. I have made 3 car payments without even driving the car. Never got any sort of apology even. It seemed as though they don't even care that they sold me an absolute POS. If I could give a -5* review, I would. Hopefully someone high up Newberg Ford sees this. If its happened to me, its probably happened to more people. In my opinion. STAY AWAY FROM NEWBERG FORD.

I took my 22-year-old Toyota Sienna in to have some detail work done on it and Pedro did a top notch job on it! Very pleased and now my car feels almost new.

My experience at Newberg Ford was very positive. I was going in for an oil change by myself(i’m a highschool girl) and the man I talked to was so kind and helpful. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. I wish i remembered to service concierge’s name because he deserves a specific shout out. I would recommend Newberg Ford to anyone that asked.

I had a good experience at this Ford dealer. They kept to their agreements, didn’t have dealer add-ons, and didn’t hard sell during the finance discussion. They were easy to work with and responsive. I would buy from them again and also from the sales person Kaleb Wallrich.

I purchased a used car from here 3 months ago. A month afterwards they sent me a letter in the mail saying I had to go through DEQ, get an emission test, and bring it to them within 5 days in order to register my vehicle. Was a surprise to me, but the following morning I did just that.
Fast forward 2 months to today and I received a letter stating "unfortunately we received your DEQ after we were forced to apply for title only." That was interesting because I had gone out of the way to get the test done and bring them the results within 24 hours of receiving the first letter. They either filed everything too early, filed everything too late, or were planning on doing this all along. To be fair, I was sent a check (refund) for the registration fee that I had paid them to do since who in their right mind wants to be at the DMV all day registering a car.
Earlier this week my temporary plate expired since I have been expecting plates in the mail for months. I was not made aware until my plate was already expired. Had I been communicated with months ago that they messed up and couldn't do anything else for me (looks like they found out on 12/27, a week after I brought it in) then I wouldn't have been driving with an expired temporary plate.
It all boils down to terrible communication, not doing what they had agreed in the contact, and false claims I had not met their timeline.
Solid people overall, just unhappy with the process post-purchase.
