We purchased a pre-owned RAV4 from Newberg Ford December 2023. Salesman was a young fellow named Kaleb. Friendly, competent, knew his stuff. No "car salesman" BS and we arrived at a reasonable price quickly. Absolutely no issues with Kaleb, the car, or Newberg Ford. Would recommend highly. Quick transaction, about as good as buying a car can get. We had actually bought a Ford Explorer from Newberg Ford a decade ago. Surprised at how large the dealership has grown. You get that way by pleasing your customers. Kudos to Kaleb and Newberg Ford--

Getting a new car is a great feeling when you know it's going to make the whole family more comfortable and be able to include additional friends and family on the journeys/adventures ahead. We got the perfect family car this weekend thanks to Keith Weldon. He made the car buying process an ease and as stress free as could be. We appreciated his candor and flexibility. Was in the market for a new car. Had sold our only car since my wife and I work from home - So we didn't have a car to drive to Newberg Ford from Columbia County. Kevin the used car manager, Nate in sales, and Mike in finance were all incredibly transparent and helpful with me from the start. What I really appreciate is that, even though I had to do this deal completely over the phone and via text, they took my business seriously the whole way through. Not only that, they even drove over an hour to come get me in Columbia County and drive me back to the dealership so I could test drive the car.They worked harder to get me numbers and I'm thankful and fortunate they had the color and trim I wanted. That helped for sure! I got the deal I wanted. IMO, Newberg Ford beat Damerow, Landmark, Tonkin/Hillsboro, Bud Clary Ford in customer service, professionalism, and price!! That's rare to get all 3! They didn't even force me to put a deposit or a down payment to hold the car. They just marked it as sold! Just an A+ experience from top to bottom. I would highly recommend at least giving them a look before purchasing your Ford elsewhere if you're in the greater Portland metro area. I hope you get the same experience I did.

BUYER BEWARE!This dealer is not to be trusted. When you take delivery of your new vehicle be very careful to check EVERYTHING, especially cosmetic flaws or damage, and DO NOT accept the vehicle until it is acceptable. We picked up the Transit on January 31, saw the gouges on Feb 8 and took it in on the 9th to show their body shop. We did not inspect it before pickup and that was a HUGE mistake. The front bumper and rear door trim should have been replaced - but Newberg only offered (upon pressing the point) to 'buff out' gouges in unpainted textured plastic pieces - which several ford and independent body shops advised would be foolish and result in more obvious damage. These guys are sleazes. Never again.

Hello everyone I would like to share my experience buying a new used vehicle from this fine dealership. First off my hats off to the professional and friendly environment. The manager Brad was A+ he was so helpful friendly and pleasant to work with. We agreed on a great price on the Truck of my dreams a Ford Raptor. He gave me a great deal on my trade in . It was a big purchase for me and a dream come true. To complete the transaction was the salesman Keith. He was personable with patience and passionate about his job and being straightforward with all my questions . Again I can't say enough about this dealership they went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant and enjoyable. I highly recommend them when looking for a new or used vehicle. They are A+ and I will buy from them again. Contact the Brad the manager and he will gladly help you out.

Although I live in California, I purchased my new van from Newberg Ford. My son had purchased his van from them a year ago and spoke highly of Dale. After contacting Dale by phone, I knew I was buying my van from a knowledgeable professional who cared about me, the customer. Dale made sure I received the best price, even after the close, he unearthed another $1,000 in savings and passed it on to me. I drove up to Newberg Ford from California and Alex had the van and all the paperwork ready for me. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchase in my lifetime.
