Yes, the price is right. The units are no-nonsense and basic. I liked that the business was local and small. I rented a small unit on the north side. Some items on the floor near the roll top door got moldy, and I had to throw some things away, which I can live with. When I first started renting in 2020, Kirby told me I should get some big plastic bags to protect my items from the dust, which I did. The only reason why I am giving them the 2 stars is that KV Mini Storage has terrible communication. (underline/exclamation point/backflip) This was not a one time issue. This happened on multiple occasions throughout my 3 year rental term. I finalized my move-out 2 months ago in June, and they are still charging me. This was after I received confirmation from Kirby that my account was closed and my unit was satisfactorily vacated. I have sent many polite text messages and emails, and made phone calls, all of which have gone unanswered. The most recent charge was reversed via Square, though Square still lists my account on the invoice as repeats indefinitely. We'll see what happens next. If you want a cheap place to store your stuff, rent space here. If you appreciate professional and ethical business transactions, then explore a different option.

Clean units great service & management is OUTSTANDING! If needing to pay rent a lil late management is so understanding & always willing to work with you + they are so sweet & very friendly!They are THE BEST storage company in town!

I have rented on and off again from this place for over 10 years. It might not be the newest, fanciest place in town but the units are clean and the price is certainly right. Management has always been responsive and friendly when I've needed to contact them, but do be aware it's by appointment only so make sure you give them a call rather than just stopping by.
