No appointment, walked in. Friendly greeting straight away from Karen. My hair was a mess. Karen listened to me and gave me the best haircut ever. Best haircut with a warm /friendly stylist. Highly recommend Karen. A+++!!!

When we got there, it was fine but the guy that cut my kids hair was extremely rude to me and my kids. He cut my kids neck twice and tried to say it was his comb. Normally newberg is my go to for cuts... not anymore Ronnie was the guys name. I did three kids cuts.

This was an unbelievably bad experience. Ronni was rude from the moment we walked in. Even simple things like asking for a “trim on top” were met with bizarre responses. He responded to everything we said with a passive aggressive remark. He was rough on our kids hair and the quality was not good. We ended up not getting our fourth child’s haircut as planned (since our experience was so bad) and when we told him that we weren’t going to do the last one he said “fantastic.” We use great clips regularly and this was not at all what is normal.

Ronny is absolutely the BEST thing the Newberg store has!!!! He knows what he’s doing, he’s succinct, he has a great chairside manner & gift of good gab. I go away from a cut by Ronny feeling great, my hair looks terrific, and I know it will behave for me!!!

Great people doing Great work
Edit: the above statement came with a 5 star review and is 3 years old as of May 2025. However it is going down to 2 stars. Over the years they exchange quality with speed and charge more and more. Taking a couple inches off the sides in a 10 minute cut costs the same as an hour long fade with multiple revisions and complexities. They will rush in an instant and ruin your hair for weeks just to finish up with you a few minutes sooner.

They cut my hair at an angle and had to have someone else fix it. They did a horrible job on my son’s hair as well. They really didn’t talk to us they only laughed and cut. I had to keep saying shorter hair for my son and now his haircut is uneven as well. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
