It's clean they are friendly. People seem to abuse the online check in. Just checking in and not showing up. They have to honor it. Makes for almost always an hour wait so jis plan on it. Moves quicker than that. Almost always 50/50 for showing up

Horrible. Save yourself time and don't go here. Piles of hair in the corners. Showed the lady a picture of a buzz cut with sharp lines. Simple cut. She f'ed it up and told her what I actually wanted. She than cut it WAY too short. Shorter than my eyebrows. No fade in the back and no forehead edges. I tipped $5 (to not seem like a jerk) and she told me she saw a spot she didn't see and gave me a last second touch up. FAKE!!!! Other people experience the same thing as well. HORRIBLE business model and trash cuts. Not worth $22. I could have done it my self. Go to Coops barbershop in McMinnville and get a REAL cut. Well worth the money there. I Don't recommend "Great Clips ", even to a drug addicted rat.

Been waiting TWO Hours. Still on the list. Told the reason was they had lunch hours but I didn't check in until 1:35 pm.

Best cut at a chain I've had. Quick to get in, hair dresser was friendly not pushy chatty. Even my rambunctious daughter sat quietly while waiting. Perfect experience.
