We had a problem with some skunks, we called the gopher patrol and Alec came by that day and started the process of disposing of the skunks for us. He explained how skunks travel around so it might take some time to catch them, come to find out the skunks had made their home under the shed in the back yard it took about two weeks and Alec had them all caught and disposed of thank you Gopher Patrol no more smelly dogs.
Yesterday we were blessed with some dirt mounds in the front yard, so we called Alec he was happy to get on the problem. Now days it is nice to call a business and be treated with respect and importance and to feel as though whatever the problem is it will be taken care of in professional way and a timely manner, and a fair price Thank you Gopher Patrol

Quick and effective and you’d never even have known Gopher Patrol had been there - other than the lack of new holes and dirt mounds. Kevin found my pesky little problem very quickly - explained what he was doing and the process, communicated well and followed up afterwards. I’d highly recommend them to anyone! Absolute waste of money! Alex is a con artist - bills hundreds of dollars up front with the promise of completing the job yet falls completely short. Then, when I challenged his fees he became super rude and aggressive. I would never work with Alex or anyone from this company again, total waste of money and time. Hired another guy who not only showed up and bid a fair quote, he delivered and actually solved my gopher problem. His fees were a fraction of what Alex charged.

We were overrun with both gophers and moles. I had more mounds than I had yard. In just 3 months gopher patrol was able to eliminate so many critters. My husband and I tried to do this ourselves but we could never catch them. It took someone with the know how to get it done.Service: Rodent extermination

This company is honest, reasonably priced, and offers great value. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I had a mole issue in my newly renovated backyard. After investing lots of time, money, and effort into laying sod and making our backyard a special place; I was in a serious need for a good company to help. I am grateful to have found Gopher Patrol to help save me time and money. I worked with Kevin and he was very attentive, quick to communicate, and full of helpful information. Kevin listened to my needs and helped me with my pest problem in anyway he could. This has been my experience with any person I’ve worked with at Gopher Patrol. The whole team is honest and truly cares about solving your pest problem. I have referred them to anyone I can because I trust they’ll do an efficient, honest, and fair priced job. BEWARE: Used Clinton before last year and that went fine.... Apparently he quit. The guy who came out was Alexander. He failed to email me the two contract options that is offered as a part of there program. I reminded him for literally 4 weeks. Finally he sends me a $660 bill and thinks he can decide for me between his two programs which one I want to use. Afterwards an unbelievably ignorant series of emails ensues. Then I pay in full for 6 months plan. Then he emails me (after telling me therea no more gophers) that he's still billing me for the 3 month plan.....(no logic to it at all) and he's "treating" my payment today as a new contract but demanding 3 month plan paid separate before completion....that plan is $310. I paid $395. Talk about lacking on logic or common sense. Absolutely mind blowing lack of critical thinking. Pretty wild he didn't email or even drop the contract with us in course of 4 plus weeks after asking weekly. Overall I won't use again unless I hear from someone else at this business. That's too bad too....as I'd have been a customer for years. However nobody likes dealing with jac**sses who can't use common sense or have professional courtesy. Updated. Note their reply tries to avoid any actual facts to what we encountered..beware, our experience was very unprofessional!

Gopher patrol was very unpleasant to deal with, and also totally ineffective. They refused to tell us when they were on our property, and gave us no information about where a gopher was trapped, when they said they got one. There plan is set a few traps, don’t let you see them check the traps, don’t talk to you when they’re on your property, don’t share info about where they see gophers, then send you an email saying “we got 2” - with the charge.Our property was worse with them than without them. And the stress of their rudeness was too much.Avoid this company!EDIT: The response from the company is false. I did exactly what they asked. I do not often write reviews, but their attitude and service was so awful, a review was warranted. You see by the response that the owner is a mean spirited bully who thinks he can scare people by sharing personal information he has no right to share. Horrendous!Service: Rodent extermination

We used Gopher Patrol starting last year after we bought a new property with little to no maintenance of the house, land or gopher problems. They did everything they said they would. We called them out again this year as new critters have migrated onto our property through existing tunnels systems from adjacent properties. We are trying to clean up the problem and they are definitely taking care of business. Thank you Kevin and Alex. Highly recommended.

Not only is gopher patrol accurate with what they said they're going to do, they are professional, prompt and get the job done. They make weekly visits to ensure they have enough traps set and reset them when necessary. I will never go somewhere else!! Alex, Jaden and Kevin are all great!

We had a gopher problem which hoped these guys could solve, but they just charged us hundreds of dollars and did not deliver. I'm not sure they actually know what they are doing. The Alex guy was very rude several times as well.
