I'm always finding good stuff at this Goodwill location. Yes, the prices aren't as cheap as they used to be, but it's still cheaper than many Portland locations. They have lots of clothing, books, movies, shoes and home goods. Right now they have Halloween stuff out. Your mileage may vary, but I've had good luck here.
