Have had work done by one of Newberg Point S employees many times, Kevin Salewski has always gone above and beyond for my vehicle and family vehicles we’ve brought to him. He is a hard worker, kind, and has a personality that is very refreshing to get in this field of work! He has always gone above and beyond for us and has always taken his job very seriously and professionally! :)

I came in the other day, and had a concern about a screw in my tire. A young man named Kevin came out to assist me immediately. Kevin got me right in and he fixed my flat tire, and I was able to keep my dialysis appointment on time. I have NEVER met anyone who is such outstanding employee, courteous, helpful, considerate all with his cheerful and friendly demeanor in this industry. I am now a lifelong customer at Point-S. I have dealt with Point S on multiple occasions. They are, by far and exclusively imo, the absolute best auto-service available in our area. They are honest, fair, and incredibly professional with all their diagnostics and repairs. I could not recommend them more and will forever be a consistent advocate that this is the place to go when your vehicle needs help.
Sometimes, costs can be high. But, frankly, it's very fair in the demand and market environment they work in. They are fast. Communicate extremely well, have partner and shared ownership services to help with anything, and just downright friendly and convenient.
Id give them 6/5 if that was an option, and I can't think of another time I've ever said that.
This is a good place.

Spend 808$ for a new alternator when we got it back ac was completely out come to find out they damaged a wire and didn’t bother to say anything after we called to complain they ordered the part had to wait 3 weeks when it was in the hottest time of the summer they said they had the part than they lost the part and finally got a new one they repaired it fast forward 5 months down the road car leaves me and my wife and 6 kids on the side of the road for the alternator acting up I got it towed (Sunday) they looked at it Monday around 4pm I called them at 8am to let them know the issues Robert said they were too busy to look at it Monday I complained it’s our only car at the moment he called me back 30 mins letter to let me know one of the techs messed up the ground wire to the alternator they fixed that issue fast forward to around 3:30pm the same day car over heated to the point the temp
Gauge needle was tacked out almost I called again to tell them my issues they sent two techs to where my wife was stuck at in town come to find out they rushed the repair they caused and forgot to plug our radiator fan back in which almost caused massive damage to our car I’m very displeased with this place and hers the cherry topping Robert trespassed myself from their property for exercising how frustrated I was with the techs at point s in newberg Oregon will
Never go back again (since I’m trespassed ) lmao all of them are jokes.

Willy helped me out with my tractor and made really good suggestions that actually saved me money in the long run with preventative maintenance on my tires unlike other tire companies... he even came out and treated me like a person, not another sale. I definitely recommend him and his team. And will continue to go to point s for future work when needed.

Robert is great to work with! Twice, I’ve needed work done that was somewhat out of the ordinary, and twice they did everything I asked, and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Gills Point S!

Came in with a shake in my front end assuming it was a balance issue that's what I asked for. They told me the balance was not the issue it was the tie rod ends. 800 dollars later and new tie rods but the issue was not fixed. they had it for 2 days just to tell me the can't figure it out. I do not recommend taking your vehicle to this place, I was not the only one that day with the same issue

Completely a fraudulent company! Went in for an AC recharge and was told I needed a new AC condenser and radiator. Gave me pictures of the damage to the condenser and the radiator. Even showed the bright green antifreeze on the radiator and on the support brackets around the radiator. I pop the hood and sure enough I can see that bright green antifreeze sitting there looking like I have a leak.
So the problem comes in that my car doesn't not use bright green antifreeze, it's red. The coolant reservoir shows red coolant, I popped the top of the radiator and shocker, it's red too.
That they would put bright green coolant on the radiator to fake damage trying to get me to pay $1300.00 to have it replaced is beyond unethical.
