$10 just to sweep out the car when it said it would be $1.
$15 just to rinse the car when it said it would be $5.
$15 just to wax the car when it said it would be $5.
I did the self serve because I thought it would be cheaper than going through the automatic wash.

17 bucks and I still had to wash the back of the car.

They turned down the pressure washers so you can't get bugs off anymore. Trying to save water costs three times as much plus more water because I'm standing there washing forever. Sometimes trying to be eco just causes a higher price, more water usage and a crumby job. Can't believe it. They do the same at grumps. I'm not into backwards eco stuff that does more harm than good. The washers in the actual wash are hard powered, but why can't the handheld wands work?

Bought the diamond wash and it gave my car water spots that I had to wash the car again myself.

Machines work fine. Vacuums were great. I was pleased.

I had an issue with the payment machine at the car wash. I was able to speak with someone from company quickly and was able to resolve the situation. Admirable customer service!

Just left this establishment and can't believe how dirty my truck still is.... it's like it didn't even wash it. This place has been going down hill. This was my last chance wash for them.

Serviceable car wash- worked pretty well but the sensor for when you pull up is wonky. Maybe it's because I drive a compact but it took me multiple times backing up/pulling up before it would start. At first I thought it was broken but it was just finicky. Kind of expensive at $17 for the fanciest wash too.

It's an okay wash overall. You have to pay, with quarters, for the vacuum.
