“Each and every employee here are so nice and will treat you with respect and normal attention. Since I started going here, I'm hook. This is where I always want to shop. As a token of appreciation I buy from them as much as I can even special orders. I want to keep the business alive. It is very hard to fine a store and helpful people like these. Kudos to Jim, Wes, pretty much everyone including the managers. On days like these hot summer, you can find almost everything you need. My latest craze are planting tomatoes. I bought lots of starters from them, potting soil, pots, fertilizer. These babies are growing so fast now. Cant wait for harvest time!”

“This was my first time going to the Newberg location. I was nervous to get my ring cleaned and resized since I didnt have my OG receipt with my careplan, thankfully Kim and Nancy were there to help me. They helped me with everything I was nervous about. My partner even got what she wanted cleaned and resized. They were very helpful with all of our questions. I will definitely be returning here with them. Great customer service.”

“They’re fast, just busy. What matters is that I’ve never had a prescription not able to be filled in under two hours, usually 30 minutes. Plan accordingly for how busy it can be, mornings are best in my experience. Got ny covid and flu shot in both arms in under 5 minutes too.”

“I had a medical event here yesterday that ended up being dangerous for me and I needed to seek immediate treatment at the hospital next door. I just want to say I feel thankful that from what I can recall the employees encouraged me to worry about myself and asked if I needed help (I declined) or if they could call anyone. They were more concerned about me than the embarrassing mess I informed them I left and tried to come back to clean in an altered mental state. They put me and my safety first. I still plan on shopping here and I am extremely embarrassed about it all, but I do feel based off of my experience that I’ll still be treated the same with respect as I was before this. And that’s not necessarily guaranteed these days and so I really, really appreciate it. Thanks to everyone who helped me and I’m so sorry again for the mess.
