I will say out of all dealerships I have bought a car from, I would DEFINITELY return here. Some stuff I wish would have been communicated a little better BUT hey. We're human, mistakes will be made. They clarified either way and my experience was great. I've been looking for my baby ( my car lol) for about a year. I wanted to be in a certain price and more. I found, they made the process very easy. Best car so far

We took ourtruck taken to Newberg Chevrolet for a recall issue. Took in at 9:00am as instructed. The service department employee was not at the desk and took a few minutes to get to his computer to help. Then it took a while to get signed in because his computer was non responsive and had to re-boot. That happens! They called to pick up. I specifically called back to make sure there would be someone there so we could pick up truck during the lunch hour. I was told the cashier is always there. So we went to pick up. At first my husband (the only customer in the service department) waited for 5 minutes, then an employee breezed thru and asked if he could help. Once he did he rand the bell at the cashier desk and said she'd be there in a moment. About 5 minutes later, the cashier showed up and by then my husband was not real happy about the customer service. He told them all he wants to do is pick up truck that had warranty work done. The phone rang, and cashier proceeded to answer and talk to the person on the phone with my husband standing right in front of her!! By then my husband is saying just give me the keys in a loud voice, which brought another employee from another area running. That employee handed the key to my husband and he stormed out. When he got to the truck, another employee comes running out for a signature. Remember, he was the only customer in the service area this whole time. We have bought over 10 cars/trucks from Loren berg Chevrolet in last 40 years and all service done there. Never again. This is third issue we have had..slow learners!

Great experience from start to finish. I looked around at all the Portland area dealers for the car I wanted but, was least expensive by thousands of dollars in Newberg.... The icing on the cake was how helpful Tony and everybody I encountered at the dealership was. Would definitely recommend them over the Portland area dealers.

We have purchased our cars through Newberg Chevrolet for years. The reason we go back to them are a few. We are a "Chevy" family. At Newberg Chevrolet they truly treat us like we are family. Our daughter recently bought her first car there. My husband and daughter went out to Beaverton just for fun to look around. They came back home and test drove a car they saw on the side of road at some small car lot. They walk in the door to have me look at some cars down the Newberg car lot strips. I finally look at them both and said.."What are we doing? We always have found the car we like at Newberg Chevrolet. We know the peeps there!" So we left and drove in and BAM..our daughter saw the car she wanted. She loves her new ride! "Big" Dave came out to help us. No pressure. Genuine. Honest. He took his time with us. Robert Fritscher was amazing! Helped us with our financial part on all our cars and gets it done! We were in and out in no time. Dave Ames will guide you along with finding you what you need. He is knowledgable and like I mentioned, genuine. I don't like care for pushy fake salesmen who are all about the buck and commission. You will not get that there. Hope you find your ride!

We bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 in February '21 from Newberg Chevy, and in just 3 months, in May with only 5,800 miles...the engine lifters blew when we were on I5. We bought the truck there and service dept says they are trying to get new parts to do the replacement. I was told that this is a common issue on the 5.3L motor, yet the service and manufacturer warranty will only replace the one side of the motor, and not replace all the lifters. I am not happy at all about the lack of customer service regarding the replacement of any defective parts inside the motor by GM. The truck is BRAND NEW WITH ONLY 5,800 miles. IF Chevy and the GM bean counters cared about customers and their motors, then they would just do the entire lifter job knowing that these parts are defective. Not happy, should have bought a Dodge...

Would not reccommend the service department. My family has purchased multiple new vehicles from this dealership and only have had our cars serviced there. Unfortunately, I had recently brought my car in to be serviced/diagnosed and was dissatisfied to say the least. I went here to get my car serviced and it was just fine; it cost significantly less than I thought it would be (under sixty dollars for an oil change, tire rotation, new bulb and full inspection.) The front desk person was gruff and off-putting at first, but by the end he was very friendly and even honored an online deal that I added when I booked the appointment. The waiting area was clean and had enough spacing for Covid-19, but was as exciting as a waiting room could be for two hours. Likely, my next vehicle will be a Tesla and I will never need to buy another car from Chevy; I'll only come for servicing on my beloved Spark. But if, for some reason, I needed to buy a gas-powered truck, this would be the place to go.

I had 5 star customer service and outstanding treatment from this dealership. I bought my new 2020 chevey spark from this dealership. they took care of every single one of my needs and wants regarding my car. Thank You Doug and the Finance Department for making my purchase of the 2019 Chevy Colorado so pleasant, usually I don't want to go anywhere near a car dealership but they made the process go so smooth. I would recommend this team to anyone who wants great service. I really like my new truck.
