These guys are great! Brought my truck in after fender bender, and it was completed ahead of schedule. Michelle, my service advisor, was awesome throughout the process. Kept me informed on every step of repair and was available for any kind of questions. The front desk was awesome as well. Highly recommend Classic Collision in Newberg.

My overall experience with this shop was disappointing and I would never recommend them. I got into a accident on July 4th and that same day I had my car towed there. I understand every where is short staffed and parts are on back order and delayed. My repair took 3 1/2 months when I was given a rough estimate of 6-8 weeks. I fully get stuff happens and my repair was a rather large one. It felt like they did many small jobs and my repair kept getting pushed back further and further. My friend had a accident and took her car to another shop. One of the first questions that she was asked was there any child car seats in the car during the accident. If there are any car seats in the vehicle during a accident they need to be replaced. Well when I took my car to classic there were 2 car seats in there and no one at this shop told about this. I was not aware because this was my first major accident.So anyone reading this review if you have any car seats. Let your insurance company know cause they need to be replaced.

They did an amazing job repairing my dodge dart, Michelle J was outstanding with the customer service.God forbid I ever hit another racoon, but if I do, I'd choose Classic Collision for my auto repairs again for sure!

Excellent customer service. Very helpful in coordinating with my insurance and rental car. Thorough on what needed to be fixed. Great communication with me on what was happening with my vehicle. The fix ended up being easy and not requiring new parts. They said the were not going charge me since the fix was so easy and was from someone trying to break into my car. The service advisor, Michelle, is wonderful. She helped ease my stress from the whole situation. If I ever need repairs again I will definitely use Classic Collision.

With the idea that I drop-off my car, they keep it for a while, then it comes back repaired…it’s refreshing to look back and see everything went as planned, without hassle, no surprises, and the repair looks as good as new. incredibly incompetent, zero sense of urgency, happy to point the finger at other team members and that was just for an estimate! Really curious how these folks stack up? the Better Business Bureau give them an F, read what folks have to say, proves my initial comments and more. Corporate Body and Paint, huge fail that has somehow become MY insurance companies go to shop??? Seriously consider a locally owned small business for your needs as the corporate business model is just another way of taking your money with inferior products and services........If I could offer a zero they would have it!

Amazing and quick experience! I’ve never dealt with insurance claims or needing a vehicle repaired and they were very efficient! My car was even vacuumed and clean when I got it back! I was originally quoted 2-3weeks and got my car back less than a week after drop off! HIGHLY RECOMMEDServices: Painting
