Boost Mobile is phenomenal! Very courteous and kind staff! Not only does the manager there sell phones, accessories, there is cable service and a variety of goodies to add to your collection. I received excellent service and it's always. Hector is amazing! I recommend Boost Mobile in Newberg to anyone.

I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! I don't know how they have a five star rating! 3 phones in under a month! When there's a manufacturer warranty on these "NOT NEW PHONEs they're refurbished & junk! They say there a warranty but when something does goes wrong with phone warranty say one thing & can't help you then you go to see WTF is up they don't even acknowledge the warranty & suckers ya in to another phone!! I'm getting in contact with boost, BBB, consumer affairs & the FTC ("The Federal Trade Commission") People doesn't give a ratz ass about anyone but their selves & $$$!! Kinda like who trump is!!! Another thing boost can be having a killer sale, but go to this location they'll NOT know anything about a warranty! This world has become disgustingly greedy & stupid as fuk!!! So if ya wanna be greedy go ahead ur NOT gonna be able to take it with you to spend in hell!!

Came to Boost Mobile so I could get my NTP code that they would not give me over the phone, so I could transfer my phone back to Tracfone that did not work on Boost's network.

Purchased a sim card here. Service was quick and professional. Giving 4 stars, because I was not informed ahead of time that the service (swapping sim cards and transferring number from old carrier) was going to cost. I would expect a mobile phone store to provide such service at no cost to the client.

Here is the thing.....I had a weird glitch in the system and a bad experience w boost....but the BEST experience with the owner and staff at our local Newberg location. I cannot fault them in the least. Cannot say enough about the wonderful folks working here.
