Over charge for oil change a couple years ago. Had warranty service a bit after that. Took months to get the part I needed. Then turned out they needed a different part. When they finally got the part, they didn’t offer any sort of service for pick up/drop off. No courtesy shuttle. Since then I’ve gotten service emails every month, despite unsubscribing every time. Also, they put out political signs every election season. Will never go here again.

I went in to the dealership to look at a used Toyota Tacoma. I worked with a sales person who gave me a rough estimate for an out the door price. The price was around $43,000 and was a rough estimate because he wasn't sure of the exact amount of sales Tax. When I called again to get the exact amount so I could order a cashier's check I was connected with Carlos the sales manager. Carlos gave me a new quote for over $45,000 which included a $1,300 charge for clear coat. I said I wasn't interested in the clear coat but was told they apply this as soon as the cars get onto the lot and he couldn't remove that charge. For a dealership that says they only have one price and don't negotiate so everyone gets a fair price this seems pretty shady.

The sales associates were very kind, patient and professional. They assisted me with the purchase of a pickup I have been wanting for about a year. Their pricing is the lowest around on Ram pickups. No brainer!

We had a great experience purchasing a car with Kai! We initially came in wanting one vehicle but were unable to secure financing. Kai and his team made sure we left satisfied with an even better car than the one we came for! The staff was very friendly, not pushy and sensitive to our time. This place took such good care of me and I couldn’t be happier w my sweet new ride! Bailey is a STAR I called ahead as I live in portland and it was a rough commute without being confident in the vehicle, she talked me through the whole process before I came in to the dealership and they were even able to pick me up due to a rental being dropped off in my area (thank you Travis!!). I was nervous buying my first car and no one was able to come with me, but they made the process so enjoyable! Loved the test drive, and she was even able to find me a better finance rate than the pre authorized loan I came in with! Also eased my nerves to have a 6month/6k mile warranty on the engine works just in case of any trouble. Drove around all night and all morning, loving my car, and overall so happy with the experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new car, especially if you’re a first timer lol. Thank you all!!
