When I left J’s Restaurant after dinner, my car absolutely would not start. A wonderful couple, Leah and Brandon, took me to Auto Zone for a new battery. When Brandon didn’t have the right tool, we called Auto Zone and Marcus & Lucas came over as soon as they closed the store. Between all of the guys, my car was running in a matter of minutes. I cannot say enough about how appreciative I am for the service, definitely above and beyond. Their kindness and compassion for myself and my elderly mother made the situation so much easier. THANK YOU….

So funny story. I changed the oil on my car and it eventually blew up due to existing problems. Anyway I needed to prove that I changed the oil for the warranty to cover the blown engine, turbo, and exhaust that was destroyed. The only bit of proof I could get was a receipt that Marcus found after digging through records for at least half an hour.
Way to go above and beyond on that.
