They took great care of me for a great price! Belt replacement, fully synthetic oil change, tire rotation, even replaced my key fob battery for under 300! Took it in the morning and it was done in the evening! Walked from my house. Glad to have a reliable mechanic this close to my house on the west side of Newberg!

"Carlos" was recommended to me by a friend and was extremely helpful! He installed my headlight in a very timely manor, which I appreciated because I didn't have a lot of time to schedule the repair (due to moving out of state). I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a good repair/auto shop in Newberg!

Carlos is trustworthy and does excellent work! We brought our 1991 Ford F-150 in for him to fix and replace the serpentine belt, power steering pump, and fuel pump. He did an impeccable job, had the best rates in town, and was very honest and upfront about everything from the beginning to the end. We will definitely come here again. He’s highly recommended. 5-Star ratings all the way! Thank you sir!

Carlos is a great guy. However they don't work on automatic transmissions, and he did not disclose that to me before I dropped off the vehicle. Price was fair. Only paid the $115 diagnostic fee.

We have been going to Carlos for the last couple years for all preventative care and fixes for our vehicles. Personally he’s a great guy to work with, and professionally he’s the best in the area at what he does. The crew on his staff are rockstars, and I can’t recommend Autocrew enough.
