annie is always completely rude and un professional when i come in she never smiles at me or returns the have a good day i give to her. i have been a customer for the past 5 years and i see her with other customers and she smiles at them returns to have a good day or better yet tell them have a good day before they say it to her for customer service goes seem to be better with other peopleI don't know if it's because I am colored or what the problem is exactly . also when I have her checking me out she never honors what the prices are for cigarettes or anything or what you guys have posted as well as your specials I'm told that "well this is what my screen says"but I am a paying customer I don't loiter around I've spent countless amounts of money here and she is the only employee that seems to treat me this way I don't understand why or what I have done to offend her or be treated as if I am a lower class citizen or not good enough to acknowledge or treat with the common respect that she shows everybody else. I bought a snack. Decided I didn't want it after all. It was fully sealed. I had my receipt. They said I couldn't get a refund. They said it was a policy everywhere... I don't think so. I've returned Food before that was fully sealed to other stores. Why not here. Also the person that helped me on the morning was a total vibe killer. I got my coffee made myself one of their little Mac n cheeses and went up to pay. I got chastised for not paying and then getting the Mac prepared. What does it matter as long as I'm paying....

Trashy, trashy clerks working here. I walked in to get some items and I could hear her cussing and acting a fool with the customers. Really trashy and unprofessional.
