New Manager!!!! Place looks completely different from former management. My parents live in this park and they love it. On premises laundry and showers that are perfectly maintained. Great for long term tenants.

The reviews for Tri City RV Park are outdated, the park is now all long-term and managed by Mounty Cristo Communities out of Sacramento. The webpage states monthly rent is $495 plus utilities. The utility charges are; $30 for sewer, $12 for water, $10 for cable (website states that is free), and $8 for garbage for a total of $556, plus a separate electric usage charge, and a $495 security deposit. There is free WIFI, but it's sketchy(typical), the bathrooms are older and could be cleaned more often, the showers require a quarter for about 10 minutes, the laundry room is fair, but that's it, no mail delivery here, no clubhouse or community activities. You get a pad and picnic table in each space but they are tight and short, with lots of obscure parking, and an additional car is $50 per month. I hope this is not the future for other parks, hope this helps with your search.

It's clean and tidy. Poor wifi. But the real kicker is the coin operated showers. Coin. Operated. Showers.

The campsite was clean and quiet. The RV sites weren't crammed together like sardines. I enjoyed the amount of space we had. The bathrooms were very clean and the wifi weren't well!

This rv park was one the cleanest well kept I've seen outside of diamond Koa parks. The young lady at the office was super nice and helped me find some fishing areas. There is a fairly good sized gravel pet area as well as bathrooms/showers and laundry. I did not use any or look inside but I suspect they are just as nice as the property. Many here are long term and everyone I met was very cordial. The only downside was the spaces are very small. The grass areas are about 8 foot between rvs and the neighbors sewers for the most part are dead center in your yard which was a bit odd but ok with me.There are plenty of places to eat nearby as well as groceries stores and such. Even a les schwab which was nice since I was due for a rotation.I would not hesite to stay again.

Clean, efficient park. Great for a stop while traveling through or a shorter stay. It doesn't have much privacy as it is just a flat lot with minimal trees. But the pads are level cement, roads are asphalt and everything is well maintained.

A nice RV park in Myrtle Creek, Ore...Off I-5....A local small town feel - quiet & clean...No major shopping but there's a Dollar General and some local grocers & restaurants.....Easy highway access once you're settled in....We stayed 4 days....

Spent 3 nights here mid May. It's not much in the way of a campground but spots were even and washrooms we're fine (in spite of what another review said). For showers you just need to run the hot water at the sink for a couple minutes before putting your quarter in for the shower. Definitely had lots of water with just the one quarter. No real hiking spots in area, so it's more of a place to stop on the way somewhere else.

Sites are big. Office has odd hours- only was an issue as we wanted propane but didnt have time to hang out for 10am open. People park on road in park making navigation tricky. Showers clean and with PA discount I'd stay again

Clean, paved, well kept. Would have been a 5 except spaces tightly packed. Good for smaller Class A or trailer. 3 extra feet spacing between sites would have made this a premium RV park.
