We own a business; They use to be our go to shop. They no longer honor the warranty of your saws due to mechanic guy retiring. After we spent 3k on saws and it broke within a week of using it. The lady with brown hair... isn't very helpful one bit. Snobby as to say. Today we asked for all the saw parts to be there. To our surprise not everything was there. We've come in many times despite the rudeness of the lady; cuz not many saw shops are open. They are our last stop!!! Eugene is a stop we make before we come here.

Riped a whole in my mower hydraulic line then the manager refused to even look at it and acknowledge that their employee did it because they didn't see them do it. Claimed it came in that way.

I called yesterday to get a quote on what it would be to fix a lawn mower rope and a tune up. I was quoted $15 for the rope and $50 for the tune up. I dropped off my mower today only to be told the tune up is $75 and the rope was $25. I decided to just have them fix the rope which again, I was told was only $25. I went to pick up my mower 4hrs later only to be charged $45!! When I questioned the $25 quote I was given not even 4hrs eariler they mumbled some piss poor excuse. I paid the $45.50 and will never recommend anyone to this shop. I will be taking my mower to Canyonville Saw Shop for future dealings. At least the people there are honest and don't scam people. Do not use this business for your mower repairs. They lie and don't even know their own prices!

I called and was quoted $15 for a rope and $50 for a tune up on my mower. I dropped my mower off the next day and the price changed to $25 for the rope and $75 for the tune up. I decided on just fixing the rope. When I picked up my mower 4hrs later the lady behind the counter charged me $45 after quoting me $25. When I questioned the price difference she mumbled some piss poor excuse. They didn't even have the audacity to give me a call to let me know they were price gauging me. Anyways, I will never recommend this shop to anymore. Steer clear of these crooks. They're over priced and lie straight to your face!

Great sales and service. Chainsaws to weed eaters with a large selection of outdoor work gear from head to toe. Even found the Stihl garden cultivator i've been looking for.
