My daughter's nails kept breaking off for no reason and it was hard to get ahold of the nail lady and was charged eventhough the nail acrylic and the nail itself broke off several times. Everyone is amazing there. Melanie did my hair and I love it. Very accommodating. I have had my hair cut, a weave and style. I love her. She did an amazing job. Nikolai did my eyebrows and Ibam so happy to have beautiful eyebrows. Nails tonight with Harley.

Melanie is absolutely AMAZING. My original hairstylist for my wedding didn’t workout pretty last minute, and someone in my party found Melanie for me, and I booked her right away, and boy am I so glad I did. She did the most beautiful bridal hair for me, and put in my extensions for me! Which was so lovely, because I had never done extensions before! My hair looked absolutely gorgeous all day and into the night. I cannot recommend or gush enough about how amazing and kind Melanie is!!!

Horrible customer service. NikiLauni kept money from myself and my family for services NOT RECEIVED. I repeat, she was paid in FULL $400 for BROW service, I did not receive the Brow service and she kept my money. If you value your time and money, choose another artist
