So, look, I understand that using a $100 bill at your stores is inconvenient and to add to that I bought very few items and you had just opened up. Just saying that to express that j already felt bad enough. BUT Your manager there(short redhead) needs to learn to keep her frustration and irritation for a time when the customer you are irritated , who has already apologized and said how bad she felt, standing right in front of you. Just saying.

Disappointed they didn't improve their supplies hardly after raising nearly all the prices. Some items are well worth their price, but many things I've had to throw away pretty quickly after purchasing because it was poorly made.

When I need cleaning supplies or Holiday fun gifts, I always go to my local Dollar Tree store close by my house.

For me, the biggest plus is how well they keep things stocked. The whole milk in quarts are always full and great for long term storage. Yes they raised their prices to $1.25, but that's not on them. The staff are very friendly also. It's not as big as most dollar trees I've gone to but they pack in a lot of product with the space they have. Best things are the milk, candy, drinks, snacks, and silverware.

I don't know who's genius idea it was to put the barcode stickers inside an aluminum pan but its ridiculous and this will be the last time I shop at any dollar tree's. Other than the price increase and now discovering that other stores like Walmart, grocery outlet and dollar general are cheaper, I thought I'd still stop in every now and again to try and support a previously enjoyable place to shop. But this is the 3rd time if not more that I've bought different aluminum pans to make my enchilada orders and every time I buy a lot and the stickers have been inside the pan where we put our food which doesn't make sense and to make matters worse, now the stickers don't even come completely off or clean. Ridiculous.

The Dollar Tree located here in Myrtle Creek is a pretty decent place to shop. The store is pretty clean, and well organized. The employees are all fairly friendly, and seem to know what they're about..Next time you are in Myrtle Creek, and need a few things, or a whole lot of things, stop on by!

Awesome kid stuff and cheapest bread for cheap bread. First aid stuff that is reasonable size/quantity. Nice staff and a bathroom open to public.

Had the worst experience at Dollar Tree this morning ? my niece and I go in to purchase a Green Dot Bank card as a gift. We are at checkout and this sweet older cashier calls her supervisor “Kelly” over for help with this transaction. Kelly begins this interaction with straight to the point answers and directions (Not being chipper and cheery all the time is totally ok!)... The problem is Kelly quickly lost her professionalism and turned condescending and passive aggressive to not only her poor (obviously new and trying her best) cashier, but to myself and my 14 year old niece! At one point, the machine notified us that this would be a *cash only* sale, so I apologized and purchased a pack of gum so that I could pull cash back from my bank in order to fill the green dot card. Kelly stands quietly behind her cashier with her arms crossed, watching as I set a $5 bill on the counter and tell the sweet lady that I will be putting just $5 on my green dot card. A couple buttons later, the lady asks if my niece is 18 or old, as she was the one leading this transaction. I pipe in and say I am, to which Kelly points at me and then points to the front of the register, as if to tell me I needed to be standing in front of my niece to complete this transaction. I inwardly roll my eyes and do as I’m instructed, just wanting to get this over with. The little cashier begins to look worried as she reads her screen, then looks at Kelly who, with an incredibly chastising tone, told her to read the prompt to me. The lady weakly read that this transaction could not be fulfilled because the load amount must be between $20-$500. I was only trying to put $5 on the card. I turn to Kelly, who stares me down as if challenging me to say something. I told her I wished she would have said something before letting us go through all of this hassle, to which she responded sarcastically, “I guess I didn’t know,” arms still folded. Now I have a $1 green dot card with nothing on it and I spent another $1 fee to get cash back from their system. I feel sick. I’m a pretty fair person. I’m a pretty patient person. I can instruct people if they need help, even if I’m in a bad mood. I can understand home life being horrible. What I CANNOT fathom, is how this supervisor thinks it is appropriate to not only treat her customers with such disrespect, but her elderly cashier!!!! I’m livid! This is not acceptable! I will not tolerate this and I will not be quiet about it. I was so shocked by what I had just witnessed, it took me 10min to even process what it was that had just happened. Not ok, Kelly!

I find it most frustrating when I’m used to using Google maps info and some employee Says the store hours are on Christmas schedule and we verify the hours with the sign and another employee and then come to find out the hours are NOT on Christmas time. Especially for last minute shopping this has become a problem. not to mention, most times these people seem to be disturbed that you’re bothering their cigarette break. (Which annoyingly they take right at the front door. )
