“Yes, go here. I originally took my car in for brakes and the technicians found my steering components a mess. They fixed it up along with an alignment. As I was driving home, I noticed it was still pulling to the right. I immediately called and they asked if I could bring it back first thing in the morning. The technicians realized my alignment was needing an additional fix, and Amado kindly worked with me. Holy moly if Amado didn’t call me before they closed shop to ask how the steering was doing! This type of customer service doesn’t seem to exist much anymore, thank you for the feeling of the past!”

“Dealing with a mechanic or auto shop can be a hassle- especially if you're not really mechanically inclined- however, my first time at Molalla Auto Works was an exception.They diagnosed my daughter's vehicle for us and repaired it quicker than we had anticipated- and unlike other shops in the area, they weren't booked out weeks in advance- although with their top notch service, they should be!I'll definitely be returning for any future repairs to any of our vehicles. “I backed into something and broke the tail light on my truck. They said to bring it by at 10 today and they'd replace the light and buff out a small scratch while I waited; said it should only take about 30 minutes. I handed them the keys at 10 sharp, it was done 22 minutes later. Tail light replaced, buffed out a small scratch in the paint and put a little touch up paint on to keep it from rusting. A repair place that does what they said, when they said, for the price quoted and does it quicker than they estimated... and did a perfect job. Unbelievable.”

“I first contacted Grumpy's on the 1st December 2023. I need parts for my two old 1979 Mercruiser 228 (Chev 305) V8 engines.They were terrifically helpful in advising me what parts I need and how to check the sizes etc. I then sent them a list on the 8th Dec of all the parts I needed, they create a list so we could ship everything together. I paid on the 11th Dec and they shipped. As I am in Australia I did not expect delivery until mid to end January. Surprise surprise turned up to today 24-12-23.What fantastic service. Have fallen in love with Grumpy's. Will have my boat back in the water in two weeks time instead of 8 to 10.”
