“Visited this store for the 50th time a couple of months ago. Selection was good as usual. I'm a fan of the brand so I know when to purchase and when not to purchase. If you're not sure, Susan the manager will guide you through the sales.The turnover of clothes is random, so you never know when new items will arrive. So stop in often and find a deal.”

“I am really satisfied with the shoes that I have purchased here a while back, and I would love to share my thanks with the specific employee, John. John greeted me in and helped me look for the most comfortable shoes that my big feet could handle and sure enough, he delivered my expectations because these shoes were what I need. John was also kind enough to hear my story and answer any questions that I had to ask and he wasn’t those kind of employees that you could tell would rush and hurry up or have this annoyance face on him, no no John was so patient with me and our conversation led to a sweet relationship that a customer and an employee should have. “I’d like to thank one of the sales associates, Ben. I tried to leave feedback on the sales feedback form via the website, but there was no place for comments??? Anyways:I came into the store with my three young children, who were feeling particularly feral. I needed shoes for everyone, so we tried on shoes and my kids ran amok. At one point, my youngest daughter destroyed a sock display at the entrance to one of the aisles. She had created a mountain of socks. I was horrified and tried to put them back, but Ben quickly came over and assured me it was Ok and that he didn’t mind putting it back together. He sat for probably 5-10 minutes with my two daughters, helping them reassemble the sock display. I was able to finish my shopping and my daughters were thrilled to help. They got “fist-bumps” when it was all picked up. Thanks so much, Ben, and Vans, for a great shopping experience.”

I discovered this brand last year along with Ann Taylor and I have been loving both brands since then! Apparently turns out Loft initially was Ann Taylor Loft! “My husband and I stopped by at this store today 01/06/24. I found a medium unisex graphic t-shirt that have catnip madness on it, a Neko strawberry plush keychain, and a pusheen pancake squisheen. The store associate was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The associate informed me that if I scan the QR code I can get $5.00 off and it was a pleasant surprise that she added another discount (Disclaimer: No, I wasn't being a demanding/entitled Karen. I honestly don't know why she gave me the discount not that I am complaining.). Overall, we are very happy with our shopping experience at this store. The store associate left a good impression on both me and my husband. We will definitely come back to shop at this store again. Kudos, to the store associate that rang my items for purchase today and thank you for the discount. Keep up the awesome customer service!”

“I had to share my experience with this store because it seems like it has gotten a bad rap. This afternoon (2/9/2022) I visited the woodburn location to do an online return for some merchandise that didn’t work out. I was immediately greeted by a friendly sales representative. The person was polite and professional and got me in and out super fast which I appreciated. I was coming from Salem so, I wanted to get back on the road before traffic picked up. The store itself had an nice layout and wasn’t super crowded. The sales representative was super nice my entire experience and the store appeared clean. The entire interaction went smoothly. And made my day more positive and productive. This location seemed to have some good merchandise just by glancing around. I could see myself shopping here in the future and, I recommend this location. As with anything during the pandemic it’s best to shop earlier in the day if you can. Bless it be.”
