We've been having issues having our mail delivered. Either it goes to the wrong house or it get labeled delivered, but nothing was actually delivered.
The lady won't come to the house to deliver something that needs a signature either. Horrible service.

I love this post office, It is easy to park close, easy to pick up mail and to ship packages. I have never been to a kinder place. I didn't have my package secured properly and Tammy who works there helped me to be sure everything arrived on time and not broken. In the 20 years I've lived here (except for COVID days) I have never had more than 3 people in front of me, in line.

Since Anna the Post Master has retired things have decayed. Many packages are sent by parcel services to the post office. Rather than hold the package for pickup they just return it. Even if the box number is added as an extra line in the address it does not seem to matter.

Quite possibly the laziest post office in America. Sun, rain, snow or whatever is the exact opposite motto this place has.

Every one of my family members has complaints about how bad this postal service is. It is truly a joke just how bad this post office is. It never fails for some hiccup to prevent us from receiving our packages. My first time having a package shipped through them in about 2-3 years gets miss sent to Harrisburg. Just a joke of a post office.

Consistently getting other peoples mail. Consistent lost mail or packages and when I ask I get the answer I must have put them on the wrong box sorry. Amazon packages for people that live miles away from me stopped at my door. Scheduled pickups don't get picked up on time even with priority mail packages needing to go out. Consistent turn over within this post office leaves no one accountable or caring about their performance. I'm tired of it.

The worst. I live on a section of road where no matter what sun, rain, hail, or high water usps will not deliver here. So I have to have a P.O. Box. I order lots of things on-line, lots of places won’t let me enter my P.O. Box cause they want a physical address. So when the usps gets here in Monroe, my address is “no such address” cause they won’t deliver to my address. So my stuff gets returned. I’ve even added box number on my address and Monroe usps still can’t figure it out. And the staff are not friendly. If you have to go into the office your treated like your a bother.

Nice post office. Never a line and the staff is friendly. I come here often. They are closed for lunch.

Very personal service, especially for a government agency. Where else can you find a post office that will track down a missing package and give you a report daily on it's whereabouts? Anna and Toni make it a pleasure to do business there every day.
