I tried to explain to the pharmacist there was a mixup between mail order and pick up for my prescription. I received no help resolving the matter, only that I could call the mail order people since they’re a different entity than Walgreens in Monmouth. Walgreens did process my payment, but no prescription. I tried to explain that I had already spoken to another pharmacist a few days ago, and she would correct the problem ASAP, and I would be notified when the prescription was ready to pick up. The pharmacist I talked to today, hung up on me because she thought I was being rude when I asked for clarification and assistance to get this issued resolved.

I’ve been waiting for 2 prescriptions for well over a week now. When I went in they said they were busy and didn’t know when. I waited a fewMore days- this morning I stopped In To see if they had them yet- NO, not yet. When it was Bimart pharmacy, IT WAS AWESOME- they did their jobs! I don’t know what they’re doing back there, but I do know ITS NOT MY PRESCRIPTIONS! You all are slow, unprofessional and rude. Even if I’m nice you’re RUDE. You say there’s others… so where do I fit in there? Why aren’t mine important? This is absolutely rediculous- I’m patient but this is over the top. Get it together techs! You should have just left Bimart pharmacy BIMART PHARMACY! Still no prescriptions for me! WTH??

I have been with Walgreen's in Keizer, plus 3 in Salem and all are a load of rubbish, I don't know how Walgreen's stays in business, they have so many complaints from unsatisfied customers. Definitely not worth the 1 star rating.

I told them to change the phone number on my grandmother's account as my uncles was listed. And they never did and they keep calling my uncle, I'll bet you 100 bucks you'll never reach a staff member on the phone they put you on hold and just ignore you.

Very unreliable orderd online get three statements saying when it's going to be here at different dates and then they don't even have it in stock their attitude call 1 800 Walgreens.more screw-ups than then they need to have especially for somebody that needs their medication to breathe.... This has happened on more than one occasion...

Literally THEE WORST pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. The staff is horrible, no one ever knows what is going on or what they're doing. I try to avoid going there at all costs but sometimes I can't and EVERY SINGLE TIME there's an issue and it usually takes days to rectify and it's usually with little to no help from an employee. They pretty much want you to do their job for them. I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely not, do not use this pharmacy unless you have literally no other option.

I would give them zero stars if I could. We been going to this Pharmacy since Walgreens took over. They are slow, can't get the right Prescription in when needed, they are rude, they hung up on my mom when she was trying to get them to transfer her prescription to another pharmacy because they didn't have the right brand that she needed. Bi-mart was way better

Ive seen a ton of people complaining about this Walgreens and I'm sure their experience was different but mine has been great. I haven't had any issues with them. My biggest complaint is so many reminder texts but that's my own fault for not picking up my meds.

Ridiculous wait times. One prescription that could have been filled in a day had they reached out to other nearby Walgreens took a month to fill.

Drive into town today to pick up my medications and when when I get there the pharmacy walkup is closed at 6:30 pm. So I walk into the building to find out why it's closed early and there's a sign saying they closed at 3:00 pm today due to staffing issues and are sorry for the inconvenience.Being sorry for the inconvenience doesn't help me get my medication that I used the last of yesterday, pay for my gas or the time I wasted driving into town and back for no reason. I can't help but wonder how many other people like me may not have got the medication they needed because this Walgreens closed four hours early.I probably shouldn't be surprised though as this pharmacy has been atrocious since it was taken over by Walgreens. I went online to double check their hours but I guess they expect their customers to also call before coming pick up prescriptions.I don't remember staffing issues ever being a problem when the pharmacy was run by Bi-Mart. Probably because they cared more about their customers than Walgreens does????!

Every prescription has caused issues..... They usually have to contact my Dr. to authorize the prescription, even though it was authorized for 6 months and it was the 2nd refill..... Wastes the Drs. time and my time, as well. Will be switching to Hi-School Pharmacy..... Wish that Bi-Mart still had the pharmacy..... Would rate this Wal-Green's lower, but won't allow it......

The service in this pharmacy since changing to Walgreens is horrible! They are a disgrace to Bi-Mart.
