Went in to sign paperwork for an estate. I had scheduled an appointment but go ahead gotten tied up so missed the appointment time. Called in to see if it was okay for me to just drop by and they said that was fine. When I arrived I was supposed to see Nathan who had been helping me, but he didn't happen to be there.It was a warm day and I happened to have my puppy in the car, even though it was in the shade and I had the windows down. I didn't need to worry though. The new branch manager was there and he knew all about me coming in and where all the paperwork was. He pulled everything up off the computer we ran through all of the paperwork I approved everything and was out of there and nothing flat. Really excellent customer service!!

This branch needs to hire someone for the drive thru!!! The poor lady in there does everything by herself. People get upset. I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for awhile while she helps people that walk in. It’s ridiculous! Come on USBank!! Customer service

504 pm at the drive thru. One car back, bank closes, a teller comes out and helps me get a money order that I really needed today. Thank you US Bank Monmouth !!!!Felicia and Michael , very helpful !! ?

Terrible customer service. I don’t know who is training the bankers/tellers here, but they need to do more training on de-escalation and conflict resolution training. Bank is holding my money because I have a new account. I went in to figure out why the money is being held for a week now, and the teller was extremely rude. My wife and I will be most likely banking elsewhere from here on out. I asked about withdrawing all my funds and closing the accounts and the teller informed me that my money that was already being held would be in “limbo” if I close my accounts. Absolutely ridiculous, I come in with my ID and a check that is written to ME and the funds are still being held for a week?! I will be banking elsewhere and I will be letting everyone know that this bank (specifically this branch) is not a good bank to keep your money if you wish to be treated like a valued customer.

Absolutely the WORST Customer Service Ever!! Thankfully Tim was able to help me at the Bank 800 number!! I have been with this bank for years!! And this location needs someone to run it because who they have obviously don’t care about the customer!! Even the 800 number was shocked at the lack of customer service!!!

It amazes me everytime I come her, how under staffed they are. Makes going thru the drive thru, take over an hour everytime. It's ridiculous. I have to make deposits for my buisness and this makes it to where one of my employees sits, while getting paid, for almost 1-2 hours for something that takes 5 minutes.

Bank has very limited hours and now closes for an hour for lunch making it even more impossible to do banking.

The bank reduced its hours even more. No they are only open for 5 hours, Monday - Friday. Way to not serve your community. Covid-19 has been around for almost 1 year and every other business that is allowed to open has figured out how to safely service their customers but not US Bank in Monmouth Or.

The last month I’ve been using the drive though to pay mortgage and it takes 30 minutes to help one person so there is a line that goes from the bank to the street and out. Usually around 15 cars waiting it took over an hour to pay a mortgage bill. I have another account at OSU Credit and it never takes this long even when it is busy they are fast and professional if I could I would give these guys a zero star.

The banker I met this afternoon did not have good customer service. For instance, she didn’t tell me when she’s done dealing with my account, which got me confused if she was finished or not. She also deposited the check into the wrong checking account... Doesn’t seem to care about her job.
