My laptop charger broke off in the charger port right when finals week was beginning for our town. Eek! I called and brought it down that same day (late afternoon) for repair. Literally not even 24 hours later, my computer was fixed and good to go! What a relief. Thanks to all of you for the great customer service and speedy repairs. I’m glad we have your great business right here in town!

Holy cats! These guys are awesome! I cannot tell you the sense of relief that I now have a place I can turn to when my ok tech skills fail me. I had an issue with my laptop not connecting to the internet and all of my usual troubleshooting failed.The people are kind and very knowledgeable. And fast! I desperately needed my laptop working ASAP as I teach online. While they did not promise, they said they would do their best. And they delivered in same day turnaround. My computer is all cleaned up and working better than ever. They have my eternal gratitude and a customer for life.

I was desperate for computer help and the big box store I had always turned to could not get me in for a week. I teach online so I just could not wait. I even considered buying a new machine! But I did a quick search and found Summit and thought - what is the worst that could happen? I was blown away. Even the answering message was inviting! I did not leave a message because they said just drop in but I got a returned call from them anyway. Everyone was really nice, did not treat me like an idiot, and understood my slight panic of not being able to connect to the internet. They freely shared some great advice on virus and malware protection. And they took my computer in promising to get to it ASAP and, while they could not promise same day, they would try. This was about noon. By 5:30 they had it all cleaned up - inside and out. And it is so fast - I had forgotten how fast my laptop was/is. I cannot recommend them enough - and if you are a ways out and wondering if they are worth the drive, the answer is yes.

Working with summit has been an incredible experience. I’ve had phenomenal help in all aspects of my help needed. Questions answered, communication and genuine care from the summit about my issues regarding my PC. I personally am not one to leave a review but I have to with the experience I’ve had here. If anyone needs help with their technology summit is the place to go. They won my business for any of my tech needs and they are super friendly and just completely awesome to work with. Chris and others keep doing what you are doing because I can’t say I’ve had as good of an experience with any business in quite some time. Rather it’s corporate or small business these guys will take care of their customers. If you made it this far in the review I know you will not be disappointed working with Summit.

I have gone here 3 times for help. My mom spent 2 hours on the phone with verizon then 30 minutes at the geek squad at then a hour at the verizon store. No one could help. They had my moms phone fixed in less then 5 minutes she was amazed! They also gave me some great advice on upgrading my computer. I got help with my cellphone screen and with any questions I have had. I would highly recommend Summit computers! So happy to have a local computer store I can trust
