I’ve been in the automotive industry my whole life and turned wrenches for 10 years. I don’t typically use shops and when I have it hasn’t gone the way it was supposed to. This is the first time I’ve had a good experience with a repair shop because I’m pretty specific to what I want done and I know my stuff. They did an absolutely wonderful job in a timely manor for a fair price. All things that don’t really exist anymore. I highly suggest these guys and will be using them in the future.

We were on vacation and the rear brakes gave out. Even though this is a very busy business they took us right in and had to replace the rear brakes and rotors. They had it ready overnight at a very reasonable price. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate these people.

Rocket Auto Repair serviced the A/C on my car in a timely and efficient manner. They were very up front with an estimate for the service and completed the service within the estimated cost. All of the staff with whom I spoke were very courteous and helpful. They warrantee their work for 36 months, which is much better than other mechanics I have seen in the Salem area. I will confidently return to Rocket in the future should my vehicles need further repair in the future.

They staff were coutious, the estimate and actual bill were within pennies of eachother, the estimate was detailed and I was walked through each item to determine if I needed it then, wait could wait if I couldn't afford it, etc. Car was ready when they said it would be, and I wasn't man-splained! As good an experience as car repairs can be. And the warranty is national, not just their shop. Thank you all!

While they get to your car quickly and their repairs seem ok, they upsell jobs/ over state their preference for OEM parts as required, and charge an absurd $20 "shop supplies" fee for "odds and ends". Since when does the customer pay for the employees to use paper towels on the job? It was a better shop when it was Today's. We'll only return for warranty.

We were quite happy with the former longtime owner of Today's Auto, but unfortunately that owner retired a few years ago. He provided outstanding service, had reasonable rates and was considerate of his customers time.
When Rocket Auto took over the shop, we decided to give it a try just for oil changes and we haven't returned since for a few reasons; At the first visit they allowed this huge dog in the waiting area who barked the entire time. With all the glass in the office it was LOUD and stressful! They seem to overbook appointments making it difficult to plan when your car will be ready, and even park your car or exit the lot.
When my husband got his oil change, it took nearly 2 hours, though he scheduled it in advance. They were polite and their rates seem reasonable but our first services weren't positive enough to return.

This was my first experience with rocket auto repair. Somehow I wasn't on the schedule today which I was supposed to be at 8 AM, They took my car in anyway to redo my brakes and rotors. I told them I was in a time crunch and had to be done by 2 pm to pick my kids up from school. The job was not done in the time I had been told But!! they were very kind and lent me a car So I could pick my kids up and shortly after they were Finished with my car. I highly recommend this company.They're very kind I will be a return customer! I also believe their prices are very reasonable. A plus dominio their shop doggo is adorable!!

We paid them a lot of money to fix a car so it was for my son to drive. What did they do with that money? Well they didn’t not replace the shocks. Brought it back. Replaced. Then my son is driving and the freshly fixed tie rods break but, of course, it’s not their fault. They took advantage of once loyal customers. Note to roger. Retire! Note to those other idiots. Go back to mechanic school. Note to customers. Stay away from this place!

Great place, went in with a check engine light but went off when I drove in. They still checked the code for me and helped me save some money.
