The lady that is working there (African American) but this has nothing to do with race. doesn’t know how to control her emotions , the worst customer service i’ve ever had in my life , i don’t care if it’s a gas station it was so ridiculous i had to write a stupid review. gave her a 50 and she gave me the wrong change and didn’t want to admit her wrongs after showing her the receipt. while she was ringing me up she was yelling at her coworker at the same time. gave us attitude from the moment we put our stuff on the register looked at us while the most disrespectful look. cussing in the middle of her shift throwing things around. i mean it was so so ridiculous to act like that as a grown woman, who doesn’t know human decency, math, and how to do her job. she needs to be fired. and i didn’t even get my money back, it wasn’t worth the argument. do better that was so sad.

Great customer service, great prices and they do a lot of sales days with samples and free goodies. By far my fave gas station in Monmouth/Independence.

The customer service at the full service pumps used to be great. Ever since they introduced self serve pumps, station attendants have disappeared. I've had to go in and ask every single time for someone to come out.
Today, on a cold and rainy morning, I went in *twice* to ask where the station attendant was, and s/he was still nowhere to be found. I went to Chevron instead.
TLDR: if you want someone to pump your gas for you, go to Chevron.

At my age and limited mobility, i cant pump my own gas. Then i have to get my walker out of my vehicle to go in to get some one out to pump gas. He was inside just talking away.

I live a block away and every time I go to get coffee and something to eat with it I regret it. Last 2 times I've gone ended in disappointment. I've gotten a moldy soft pretzel and 2 days ago I got an stale expired bun. The coffee is bitter and tastes like it's burned. New machines made the coffee worse.

Stopped to fill up car. One guy working. I start fueling and walked towards store to buy stuff only to have the guy sitting outside say sorry the store is closed. I'm on break. 6 minutes I will open. So myself and 3 other people that also wanted to go into the store were not able to go into the store to but stuff. Seems like the owner wod have benefit most from the sale of items to 4 customers denied entry and the loss of sales due to lazy worker and lazy mentality should be a policy the owner revisits.

I will not return. Please be informed that self-service fueling is permitted in Oregon, and if I opt for this method, it is essential for you to clearly communicate in advance if receipts will not be provided outside, thereby compelling customers to enter the store with the intention of making additional purchases. This practice appears to be manipulative and dissatisfactory. Consequently, I have no intention of returning to your establishment.

I wish there was a negative review button. Let’s all boycott this business please. It’s not fair that there is only one option in town and it has to be this place. The people who work here never come out to my car. Tonight when I asked the employees inside (which is the only way to get service) they told me the only other employee who could pump my gas was on break and would be back in 30 minutes!! I had to drive all the way to the nearest town with my gas light on. This is simply a call to action. This small and beloved town, deserves better. We deserve high quality service. If you are only going to offer self serve, then you should not advertise other services.
