Switch pharmacies if you can. They told me multiple times my prescription would be ready in 24 hours and each time it was not. Then I come in and unfortunately have the rude and unhelpful worker and he tells me that I need a new prescription and the whole time was just pushing off my medication. Now I have none of a vital medication because of this. Switch pharmacies there is Bette r

Bi-mart no longer has it's own pharmacy. The pharmacy is owned by Walgreen's. You can't buy any Bi-mart items at the pharmacy, nor can you buy the prescriptions at any other register.

When this was actually a Bi-Mart pharmacy they were great! As long as they had my prescription available I would get it here. Since they have transitioned to Walgreens I wish I could give zero stars. Nothing but problems from the first encounter. The new people are improperly trained and unable to give any decent customer service. If there is an opportunity for failure they took it. In addition the prices for the same prescritions I have been getting for over a year have more than doubled in price, nearly triple. When questioned as to why, the reason was that "Walgreens is the most expensive in most cases" I watched person after person walk up and be surprised by the costs. They said I should google a coupon on line as well as a GoodRx card for a discount, this helped a little. When I questioned how they help those who are not technologically savvy, or elderly the manager said she tries to help. I saw none of this "help" delivered to anyone that was just as surprised as I was by the increases. I empathize for the poorly trained employees, but it is SHAMEFUL how Walgreens handled this transition and continues to blindside people with steep increases, or the failure to inform that they no longer dispense certain medications leaving customers scrambling. I will never refill a prescription with Walgreens and discourage anyone else from doing so.

I switched here in hopes of a better pharmacy experience. Sadly, they somehow refilled an old RX with a doctor I no longer have which cut my dosing in half. So I’ve been at half the dose for at least 2 months. There’s no online system and they close early so I have to wait till morning to call for answers. I couldn’t figure out why I’ve been feeling so bad. Until tonight.Looks like I’ll be giving somewhere else a try.

Ran in to get a couple things & the clerk was nice & friendly, but if you have a weak immune system I'd be careful. This Bi-Mart does NOT require masks. I saw several people, all burly looking unkempt men strutting around not wearing masks. I saw some pass employees & no one said anything. This Bi-mart is right next to an assisted living retirement home & a lot of elderly folks come in here. There weren't many there when I was there so either they're not shopping, are having relatives shop for them, or go there right when the store opens, when the burly men are still asleep. I feel bad for the elderly & sick.

Love bimart and it's hard workers in the pharmaceutical area. I have always had my questions answered and info found I was looking for.

My family has been customers for decades and was disappointed that the company has went woke. My son was home from the military and was there to buy some ammo and could not since he is not 21. State law says he can and he serves in the military but bimart chooses to discriminate by age...do they also have a maximum age? Go woke go broke! My dollars are going elsewhere

BiMart does not follow CDC recommendations for Covid. They require masks to be worn by customers in spite of best practice recommendations. They are anti-science and tyrannical. I am now shopping at Wal-Mart.

Yes, I like this chain because of their standing ammo and guns. It is employee owned and that is my favorite reason for shopping there!

Terrible company. They refused my elderly parents the vaccine despite being eligible just because they did not live in Junction City. I will never shop at a bimart again. Expect a lawsuit

bi-mart in Baker City Oregon doesn't support the second amendment & is removing citizens for open carry. The new manager is going to run this location into the ground.

No Mask No Service!! Mask are recommended not law! Many being denied service that have mental and physical health disabilities that have asked not to wear one! Furthered more an employee verbally continued to shame a customer in front of others about their face shield! Singled out while others not wearing mask properly! I will never set foot in another Bi-Mart ever! Posted on FB my experience and other will follow in doing same!!
