Our internet went out and they took it upon themselves to come out to our house without asking to fix the issue, really appreciate them, the service is amazing, thank you!

A lightning storm left us without wifi this last week and fried everything up to and including our router. We happen to see Isaac driving by and waved him down. He stopped in, explained what had happened and replaced everything we needed to get us back up and going. Awesome company, awesome service guy, and awesome experience!

Great service! Tech support is there to help almost all the time. They actually want to help you...unlike any company I dealt with in Portland. Great high speed internet at a decent price. Highly recommend.
