We are beta testing a monthly subscription box and WOW! Our pup has loved all the treats and toys! The box was packed so full of fun stuff and though she is an aggressive chewer, she has not destroyed any of the toys. Her favorite seems to be the grass ball. 10/10 highly recommend!

I did not have a good experience with customer service at all. My item was shown as delivered, but I did not have the item. I tried to locate it and contacted the carrier, but still couldn’t find it. I contacted the company, but they refused to send me a replacement or give me a refund. They kept telling me the item was delivered in my mailbox (as in online tracking) and refused to help any further. It’s clear to me they don’t really care about me not receiving the item or when there are problems. I finally got the item later (17 days after it was shown as delivered). Apparently, it was delivered to the wrong place and not to my mailbox as in tracking. I know delivery problem is out of their control, but it’s the seller’s responsibility when customers don’t receive the item.

My cat had been gifted one of their toys before and loved it (hence the reason for stars) but sadly it broke. Shes been going to the area it was kept in when she wasn’t playing with it as if she wanted to get it so I decided to look them up and order her a new one. I accidentally selected pick up in store so they emailed me to ask if I was going to pick it up or would like to pay for shipping and it took me a few days to see it as I don’t check my email. I want it shipped since my cat wants it and their shipping is almost $4 for one single toy that can’t even weigh an entire pound. I don’t even need priority or expedited shipping so that’s an insane rate.

I am FURIOUS! I just left this person ***** I believe.. a few messages because the shipping experience was horrible. No tracking information until I messaged yesterday. The product (WRONG pet treat) was delivered to my mailbox today. Then I see he replied. My pet HATES chicken flavor. That is why I ordered vsnilla mint. He LOVES vanilla mint! I am very disappointed because of my pet's sadness! This experience gave me anxiety. I would avoid any company who does not take your business seriously. I work hard for every red cent I make as well. There is no remedy now because I opened the product to try to convince my pet to try it. HE HATES IT! I AM REVIEWING everywhere ****** sends me daily. 1 review per day until I am satisfied. Just realized the other reviewer had the same issue. I am sure she orderes from ******* as well because Little Family Members was a third party shipper. I try to avoid these. I rarely shop on ******* due to these 3rd party shippers. Thank you

This company does not own up to their mistakes. I ordered a product through ******.com and they were the 3rd party shipper. Twice they sent the wrong item.
