Made an appointment days prior, thought that I might have troubles making my appointment time, so reached out again days prior to let them know I was going to be able to get the car in early afternoon. Get a reply saying that was fine and there’s no problems. Drive all the way from Tillamook to Molalla to get my truck there just to be told that they hadn’t put somebody else in my slot and that they wouldn’t be able to even get to my vehicle until the next day. Lovely 2+ hr drive for nothing. Thanks bud! Definitely will be looking at other shops. Be warned.
