We chose to wait and the repair was done well within the 1/2 hour timeframe. We offered the employee a tip for his prompt aand thorough service, but after several urgings, he declined. We've always had great service at this location on McLoughlin Blvd. N. of Gladstone.”

“Excellent service! I blew out two tires on a dang drainage curb but couldn't afford to get the car fixed until payday. I called to ask about a time to get it towed in and explained I couldn't pay for a few days. They said bring it on in, we'll fix it and hold on to it until you get paid. They kept my car inside overnight for one night and were very patient waiting for my sad butt to get in there and pay up. Additional, instead of up-selling, there was no pressure. Because I slammed the curb pretty good, they did recommend alignment and I thought that was a good idea anyway. I will go back next time I need tires.”

No stress, everything went smoothly. Reasonable price for the changeover. Always make an appointment! Walk ins are welcome but you will wait for a lot longer than planned.”

She was definitely right. Discount Tire specializes in new rims and tires, as well as wheel and tire installation, repair, rotation, balancing, and also does annual winter tire changes. They offer a free air pressure check too. Walk-ins are welcome or you can schedule an appointment in advance. They have six service bays and you can watch your vehicle being worked on from the waiting area in the showroom. Excellent customer service and friendly folks to deal with. Free Wi-Fi also.
