“Solid work replacing the front brake pads and rotors on my '13 Subaru Impreza at a decent price. However, beware the upsell.
Their multi-point inspection claimed that I needed new front lower control arms and a replacement wheel bearing — for which they quoted me $3,600. ? I got a 2nd opinion from an independent mechanic who specializes in Subarus; definitely needed a new wheel bearing, but suspension work unnecessary.
On a certain level, I get it. Inspections help limit the shop's liability and they gotta turn a profit. But ALWAYS get a 2nd opinion, especially for repairs you didn't originally come in for.”
“My husband had his 2013 Cadillac CTS4 detailed, and they did a magnificent job. The interior looked like new along with the paint job. Everyone treated him geeat. The staff was professional and efficient. If you want your car to look bran new I suggest you take I to Westside detail. You will not be disappointed.”

“Overall, we are very pleased with the way our project turned out, but the experience could have been better. Jim means well, but I think he gets busy, and can't meet the lead-times he originally states. My daughter wanted the silver OEM wheels on her Chevy Cruze Premier repainted to a gloss black, so we brought them to FWO. The end result is exactly what we wanted, and it was a lot cheaper than trying to find the factory "Redline" wheels. The paint job is high quality, and it looks really nice. The areas for improvement include communication and lead-times. Initially we were given a completion date of 2 business days, and I told them they could take 3 if needed. When I called on the third day, they told me three rims were bent, and they needed to be straightened (for additional cost). I gave the go ahead, but I think they had our wheels confused with another project, because they never added on any other charges. The wheels & car ended up being ready for pick up on the sixth business day. As stated, the paint job is great, but the tires seemed haphazardly filled to random pressure levels, differing by a few PSI from corner to corner (that was an easy fix). They all hold air just fine, though; so no worries there. I would definitely recommend the work that Jim & FWO do, but just allow a little extra time for project completion.”

“I brought my Miata in for wheels and tires and was assisted by assistant manager Phillip. His customer service skills are exemplary! Phil kept me up to date on my order. He was experienced, knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. My installers were Jenna and another tech whose name I didn't catch and they were excellent. They were led by the store manager, Tony, who smoothly runs a busy and top notch store. It was clear his employees were well trained and had his respect. Great job by management and skilled technicians that take pride in their work. I highly recommend this store over all others!

“Ran over a huge metal screw on MLK on my way to the PDX airport. Although they were busy with plenty of new tire clients, they were able to quickly remove my completely flat tire, pull the screw, plug it, and get me back on the road in time for my flight. Really appreciate their willingness to help me out quickly, and they were very reasonable at $20. I am extremely thankful and highly recommend them!”

“I just got some new wheels for my 2010 Toyota Prius, and wanted to get some high performance all-seasons and support a local shop. I checked out some other nearby shops and didn't get a great vibe, so I was really excited to find Tire Trends. Really cool shop! You can tell they take pride in their work.
I called in to explain what I was looking for and get a quote, and was pleased to see they had a tire to fit every budget. As a "car guy" - of course I wanted the best, and Artyom hooked me up with some Nokian Ones - designed specifically with hybrid/electric vehicles in mind. Low rolling resistance, all-season high performance, and even "green manufacturing" to appease my tree hugger side.
As I had new wheels, they also sold me some TPMS sensors at a great price, and programmed them to the car and even checked my alignment as part of the deal!
I will definitely be coming back for some suspension work as well as tires for my other cars.”
“I just bought the Wildpeak AT3s a few months ago....Awesome service. Today however, this location went above and beyond. I had a couple of tires that could not be repaired. The damage was due to debris from construction sites on highways 26, 217, I-5 and poor clean up management.
When I bought the tires i also bought coverage. Unfortunately the Wildpeak AT3Ws that I had bought for my 4runner have been discontinued by the manufacturer. DT could not quickly locate the tires that I needed.
They honored both the coverage contract for the damaged tire, replacing it with a new AT4W and also pro-rated the other three new AT4W. An unfortunate series of events resulted in saving me hundreds today.”

“Easy, fast experience! Walk-in only, which kinda thru me off, but I can see how the system works and seems good to me. Car was done in around 1 hr, for about 1/3 less than the other shop I go to.
The woman at the front desk said “have a seat, I’ll write an invoice” and proceeded to get on her phone. When she started mopping, it was clear there was a misunderstanding, so I asked if I was free to leave, or if I was waiting to pay first. She said it was free to leave. Came back an hr later, paid $380 for my Prius tires and got my car. Done”
