We recently did the Express Detailing with a shampoo for the car I inherited from my mom. It was badly in need of some love; the automated car wash was not able to remove what was caked onto the paint. Not only was there pollen adhered to it, but we believe it may have still had ash from the 2017 wildfires! The team here did a phenomenal job in such a short time, with only a few spots missed here and there. The car looks brand new again and smells great inside.

Great customer service. The manager or owner, noticed that I still had stuff on my car, and she told me to run my car through again. Which is super nice, most places wouldn't even care. Thank you!

This is the best car wash in Portland they have free vacuum and their customer service is top-notch they really take care of you here I've been to all other Washman locations and other car washes and compared to this one they are all 3 out of 10

The detailing of my husband's Volvo XC90, was good for the most part, except for the wheels. They were not completely wiped off, & were still very dirty!?

The detail crew did an amazing job!
After over a year of toting my two big dogs back and forth to the river and various off road adventures the inside of my jeep was more than I could handle m the crew at washman Milwaukie tackled it. Now the beast is sparkling clean and looking like it just rolled off the dealers floor.
I can't thank them enough!

Yo, the service here used to be on point, but now it's gone downhill. All the good people who worked here are gone, and the new crew ain't cutting it. I'm not coming back here again.

Didn't even clean the car. Seriously, not clean at all. I don't even know how it's possible to go through a wash and a human at the end and still have my car look unwashed. Never again.

I come here often and love the specials. Well worth the cost. They always do a great job and are quick. Crystal is so friendly and accommodating and goes the extra mile. She's the best!
