One employee was rude when I asked where an item was. Later, at the self-checkout, the machine wouldn't read my item. After asking for a paper towel to clear the reader, and cleaning it myself, it still wouldn't read my item. Then an employee became free to help, but decided to help someone else who hadn't been waiting, even though he knew I was waiting. Another employee eventually became free, and she manually bypassed the problem. After she left, when I hit the "Pay" button, the machine said that assistance was required, for no reason whatsoever. In summary, I had to interact 4 times with store staff to get through the self-checkout...

This review is more about the delivery drivers and service, than the store...but the store definitely has issues.
CONSTANTLY out of things they show available(or the shoppers/drivers are just lazy and inept-maybe a little of both?).
Produce that gets delivered is always either nowhere near ripe/ready, or it's way overripe and trash-worthy. Again, this may be the shoppers/drivers?
The biggest issue is that the shoppers and/or drivers don't have any common sense when it comes to replacing an unavailable item. They don't read or respond to the notes, and you'll either get something completely unlike what you ordered...or they'll just drop the item off the order altogether.
Bananas are consistently a problem. Order the organic bunch that they show available, get a message that they're not. Instead of replacing with just standard non-organic version, they just delete them off the order. Completely ignoring the "replace with similar item" message and giving you no option to do anything about it. This has happened the last four orders in a row.
After this last delivery where I got avocados that were so overripe that they were literally rotting, I'm done with this walmart and their terrible delivery service.
These screw ups coupled with the new longer, ridiculous lead times make switching over to the fred meyer down the street a no brainer. ??

I have 2 stars because my delivery has always been on point .. but that ain't enough. I'm going to make this short and not sweet.
Got bugs... carpet moths, how? Who knows, exterminate, clean, throw away half your belongs, for weeks and weeks. Get DE, raid, call orkin.. bomb... Now this larva is my dogs foot. Opened up my sealed bottle of equate Isopropyl alcohol wipes. Unscrew lid, peel back silver seal.. pull out a wipe and because I have been fighting this for some time, j have become keen on seeing them. And oh did I see them. Disgusting. I also purchased socks. 6 pair. The were o. A bundle hanger no plastic. They to went in the trash. The more stuff I ordered to combat this nightmare we have the more we got Now I know where they came from.. corduroy
Revolting.

I was in this store 3-4 per week. I spent quite a bit of money when I'm there as well. I've gotten quite comfortable being eyeballed as if I'm a criminal. However being asked to show my receipt at the door is awful. It's a total hassle and this isn't costco. I didn't sign an agreement with walmart to check my receipt. Why don't you guys hire some checkers? It's become such an inconvenience to shop here these days. I just won't. Freddy's can have my business.
