Long wait times, horrible communication, and lack of staffing

This pharmacy was perfect for so long but sadly it seems they are not paying their pharmacy techs enough to ensure they have plenty of staff. They have closed their drive through because of this. I hope this is not a permanent thing and Walgreens will begin to pay their employees enough.

Garbage pharmacy. God forbid they try to be helpful or treat you like a human with any decency. My medication is schedule 3, so of course I get treated like a criminal over the phone when trying to get any sort of information about when my prescription might be restocked. They just say "try calling back every WEEK or so" WHAT A JOKE!

Thankful that they have a drive-thru. I just had surgery and drove right over to get my medication. Got there and the medication wasn't ready which is normal in any pharmacy setting. The tech was very helpful and nice and got started on my medication. Went home until I was notified my medication was ready. The pharmacist was nice and answered our questions. I have never been disappointed in the service I've received there.

For the pharmacy. Staggering incompetence. Had a prescription sent there and for 10 days so far there story has been "We sent a fax." Everyone I've talked to answers every question with an explanation about how it's not their fault. They are shocked to learn that they could also communicate by phone but are unwilling to test this scary technology. Lie upon lie with absolutely no adult in sight to take anything resembling responsibility. Burger, clown or rodeo are the colleges they went to.

They have to be one of the worst pharmacies out there my doctor had to send my prescription three times before they said that they got it they kept telling me they hadn't heard back from my doc 2wks later and the fax was confirmed every time I was in there over a month ago my husband is a diabetic and they didn't have a new prescription for his Points for his insulin pins I paid for the box without the prescription which is close to $60 I asked the pharmacy tech to please get a hold of our doctor she gave me the name of the doctor and I told her no that was our old doctor this is our new doctor so when I called today to get the order for the new pins he is out they didn't have a new order for the pins they told me they would get ahold of his doc again I gave them the name of our new doc I have given this info to them over 30 times for different Prescriptions , the doc office tells us to call the pharmacy for our Prescriptions not the doc we do but they just don't take care of it now I can't wait to get his points again I will pay full price, from the pharmacist to the pharmacy techs they could care less if you are taken care of I'm changing pharmacies

Went to the drive up pharmacy. My partner was previously a regular Rx customer. Had recently had to go to the Galdstone store to fill a prescription for pain med there due to an impending surgery because this store didn't have it... one of the most commonly prescribed pain meds there is. After the surgery, we brought a perfectly acceptable prescription for the same med., entirely compliant with state regulations for much needed refill right after the surgery. I know the prescription was fine because after waiting 45 minutes and being sent away with a flat out refusal to fill it, for my partner to have to spend a night in pain, since it was too late to have the prescription rewritten, we were able to fill it at Rite Aid across the street. What should've taken half an hour at most ended up taking an hour and a half and we had to leave and go somewhere else. The pharmacist didn't like the fact that the address was written in different ink or some such BS. He had ID with the same address and was a regular customer. But no more. Never going back. They were excessively persnickety, uncompassionate, and turned us away without very much needed medication. That's it... never again. They may think they were just doing their job, but it's not their job to decide they don't like a fully compliant prescription because the doctor wrote the address with different ink! When we could prove who we were and that the address is correct! This is totally unnecessary inflexibility to the point of complete lack of reason, and earns them a Big fat zero for totally unacceptable customer service.

Went in for a gallon of milk. Price was $3.79. I put it on the counter with a $5 bill and the person rang it up for $4.89 and gave me 11 cents back. We went back and forth with the phone number crap and with other people waiting in line and finally just took the milk and told him to keep the 11 cents. Not going back.

Don't bother coming here looking for a COVID vaccine or booster. Despite their Google info saying walk-ins are accepted, they will tell you that you have to schedule online.Except Walgreens' online eligibility screen is not updated with the latest CDC guidelines, so you will be told that there are no appointments available for all of November and December. With no option to try to schedule in January. So, I can't schedule online, and I can't walk in. Thanks for literally nothing.

Bad communication has led to gaps in my RX that need to not have gaps. High prices without insurance, long waits. Staff is friendly but seems to be overworked and chaotic.

Heads up if you have kids under 12 or are immunocompromised -- cashiers and pharmacists at this location may not be masked. I know that that's within the new guidelines, but it was a little shocking to see at a pharmacy, especially since we were there to get my 12 year old daughter's Pfizer vaccine. Cool if you're comfortable with the new guidelines, freaky if you're not vaccinated yet. We would have gone elsewhere if I had known that was store policy.

The lady who helped us with the covid vaccine was really nice and helpful! She seems to be the new crew to this Pharmacy! Thanks for the wonderful experience!
