Came to this location for oil change, waited in line for literally an hour. When it was my turn to get serviced, the lady decided to let the other car go in front of me (the car was from a different line). I understand the service is on first come first serve basis but the car she let go in front of me CAME AFTER ME! I just left not even saying anything, the staff is very unprofessional and rude.

They refilled my Power steering fluid, As well as toped my oil off. Even though I couldn't perform my own change at the time.Very kind Good customer service

Got an oil change here and have had a steady oil leak ever since. Had the chance to take it to a mechanic and this is what they found:Engine oil all over bottom of engine, underbelly pan soaked through and dripping. Found an incorrectly sized drain plug washer had been installed causing the oil to steadily drip out.

I waited for over an hour in lane 1 as the next car up, and watched 2 cars that pulled in after I did in the lane next to me, get serviced before someone came out to tell me the vehicle infront of me was getting a decent amount of work done. They did gave cars move back to slide me into the next bay, so I'm grateful I eventually got serviced.

My girlfriend went to this location for an oil change a few weeks ago. She authorized a transmission fluid exchange, and somehow during the process the staff was unable to perform the service and popped a fuse in the process of attempting. I am a master tech with 27 years experience, but manage multiple auto repair shops on the west side and didn’t have time to service her car so I told her to go here and have them flush the transmission as well. The fuse situation resulted in the vehicle, needing to be towed, but although this experience was scary, the staff was helpful and tried their very best to resolve the situation. Joel, the manager on staff gave me his cell phone number and we communicated throughout the process as I tried to help him get the vehicle fixed I would suggest some additional training for the staff on electrical diagnosis. I understand they don’t do that kind of repair but in the case of this situation, it would have been helpful for Joel to know how to check fuses using a test light. I suspected this was the problem and promptly resolved it when the vehicle arrived at the shop, I work at on the west side. Another piece of advice is I would not allow customers to have the key on while the technicians are attempting to service the vehicles. if the ignition wasn’t on, this fuse wouldn’t have popped in we could have avoided a somewhat stressful and inconvenient situation. That said I give them four stars for the somewhat calm demeanor and diligence to resolve the situation. After I received the bill for the tow, I called the location and spoke with Ashley and she promptly put a check in the mail. I am impressed with the quality of the staff and aside from the unfortunate, situation it was refreshing to work with them to make this situation better. They also gave my girlfriend a ride home which was nice. Also having an uneasy feeling about the fact that they did an oil change on the vehicle after I found the fuse and replaced it Joel was able to clearly outline to me in a text message that he had properly filled it with oil and torqued the drain plug to spec. The training that they need to perform the services that they do seems adequate and I feel comfortable having them service my girlfriends vehicle again in the future. I have instructed my girlfriend to leave the key if she plans to wait in the car. I understand the benefit to having customers wait in the vehicle but my advice is to make sure the key is not in auxiliary position and is completely off.

Super quick! Crew was really funny! They had a line of cars on a Saturday morning but it was super fast and easy. Always have a coupon, highly recommend!

Ashlyn and Collin took excellent care of me. I loved how passionate Collin is about his job, very friendly. Ashlyn was so professional and knowledgeable- I was very impressed! I’ve never been to Valvoline for an oil change, and this location, people, and service rocked! I’m coming back every time!

Knicked my sons brake line, making the car undriveable, and refuse to even refund the oil change let alone pay for the damage. There was nothing wrong with the brakes before and the effect was immediate. Their own report shows normal brake fluid levels, and an hour later, almost no fluid left. I won't go back.

Usually pretty good. But they took a really long time. They took air out of my tires. My air pressure is 50lbs psi. They left 35 lbs psi. Could have killed me and my family. Good thing I stopped and rechecked everything myself. I will go somewhere else next time. I have 3 cars that I take here. You lost my business.
