I got accosted in the bank line by the GM wanting me to announce my banking business to the entire line. They were desperate for someone to use the deposit machine. So the GM is in the line brow beating people into using the machine rather than the tellers they never seem to have. USbank just close the branch if you hate it so much. Go to the 11333 SE 82nd AveHappy Valley, OR 97086 branch it's a whole different world. They have tellers and bankers interested in polite professional service.

Outside ATM reader was down , so went inside of Bank. The young woman Teller (forgot name) was so helpful and went the extra mile for me! Gave my denomination of 10.00 bills and a roll of Quarters no problem and Perfect Customer Service!! I wish I would have got name. YOU Rock Oak Grove US BANK!! ??

Worst banking experience I have ever had. I have never spent less than 20 min waiting in line. ATM wont accept cash for deposit. Horrendous customer service. Get it together US Bank, I thought you were better than this.

Went to close an account and come to a resolution to a fraudulent charge to my account and was dealt with hesitation to resolve the fraudulent charge. The fraud department was already called by me and I found out my card was used several times after it was lost and was never notified. Instead of resolving both issues, they just closed the account without resolving the fraudulent issue. The teller I was dealing with snickered at the issue. I was getting frustrated with this at that point and then another banker step in and got confrontational with me further escalating the issue. The banker called 911 which is an emergency line for a non emergency and got the police involved to make this a lot worse. I was not armed or violent despite what the police were told. Never bank with these people especially this location. I wish to have no further contact with anyone representing US Bank as my business with them is officially closed.

Poor customer service. One teller doing her best with long line and some difficult transactions apparently. Bank manager then assisted and created unfriendly exchange with customer in front of me saying customer needed to be better prepared and customer saying this is way I have done it for 8 years. Discussion seemed to go downhill from there. Not a good image of customer service. I then went to another branch in Oregon City where I was treated quickly and professionally.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a US Bank, and I've banked with US Bank for over 25 years. After today I will be changing banks. Was told I couldn't deposit my sons check into my account . Bank manager got very rude . Lost me as a customer and my mother and anyone else I know that banks with US Bank. Very bad customer service

Worst customer service I have endured in a very long time. I am #6 in line with 6 more people in line behind me. There was one teller open while I saw 2 tellers or whatever their title is just chatting like we all weren't standing there. The person at the teller was obviously a business depositing money for over 10 minutes. after waiting for 15 minutes with only 1 teller open people walked out. So is it that you just don't care about the people that use your bank? That's exactly how I felt today! I actually do no have an account with you, my elderly mother does and has had one with you for over 20 years! Maybe it is time to get my mom a new account at a different bank! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

At least a 20 - 30 minute wait in line for service - today only 1 teller, with 2 other staff at desks. No one came over to apologize for the long wait, no one asked if they had a simple transaction, as I did to deposit 1 check, to take at the desks. This is how it's been the last 3 times I've had to visit there in person as the ATM does not like the check I need to deposit. Where is the customer service for individuals, small businesses, etc????? They seem to be trying to force everyone to do nothing but on-line and cell phone app banking, which doesn't work for all. Maybe pay a decent wage for staff? I don't know what the problem is, but there must be an answer other than making the customer accomodate their shortcomings.

Never enough tellers, very very poor customer service, incredibly ridiculous wait time. My business uses this branch to get change for the location, it always takes over 30 minutes of waiting. Never gets apology. If my business used another bank I'd never come here. Absolutely terrible customer service and priorities of staff. ??

So incredibly slow. No one ever greets you. I've used other US banks so I'm able to compare. I only use this location as my last resort, it's closest to my house. The branch manager is nice though.

The service is extremely slow. I came to get cash, which cannot be done digitally, and the ATM has a very low daily limit. There was a very long line when I visited on a Monday afternoon, and only two tellers. This does not instill confidence for me in this economic environment that I could easily get cash if I needed to, especially if everybody else was trying to do the same thing. I see some other reviews saying similar things about the slow service, and the bank responding. Those responses seem hollow, because the problem of long lines and no tellers remains.

Expect 45+ minute wait times just to see a teller with a line of 12+ people they have one teller helping people

They always only have a few tellers open inside & have permanently closed the drive thru window so expect to be there for at least a half hour for anything simple, I hate coming here
