I have been to this store 4 or 5 times and have experienced horrific service each and every time. Not only are the staff unhelpful, but they are extremely rude and clearly have no understanding that they work in customer service.It is also important to note that this store charges for literally everything so if you really need to use this location, make sure you have your packaged dialed and ready to go. Because if there is any issue, they will find a way to charge you for it without actually correcting the problem.Management: I can see that you are commenting on the other bad reviews being left for your location. You should continue to do that because your customers are owed apologies, but you should also invest in some basic training in customer service for your staff (and fire the problem ones pronto). I also suggest visiting any other UPS location or FedEx store and observe how customer transactions are supposed to go. You will also see that other locations don't nickel and dime their customers at every opportunity (a piece of tape is overhead, a roll of tape is inventory, come on!). It is extremely off putting and you are losing customers over it, just look at the other comments left.Last note is that when I was in yesterday there was a young man working who came out to help me after he saw the horrible service I got from another employee. He was very apologetic and I could tell he was genuinely embarrassed to work with such rude people. He is the only reason I am leaving 2 stars. I pray that kid can find another gig soon, he deserves better than tha.

Shout out to Ariel! She was so helpful with complicated Amazon return. Also very kind and respectful. Great customer service! Manager could learn from her ability to make customers happy!

There is a tan and black haired guy that works here and he just acts like any customer is inconveniencing them. It’s like a bad tv show, he will sit there and act condescendingly and breathe hard while you’re finishing your business there. Seriously he is beyond rude and disrespectful. The worse part of the interaction is that instead of letting me know I was next, he shined the red laser scanner in my eyes.

The one experience was terrible. Got a phone call that was verbatim. “You have a package and there’s a fee” and not knowing what context this was in I was dumbfounded. I responded with I’m not sure I owe anything what is this in regards to. The individual hung up. I called back to get more understanding and was told there was a fee for a package sent there for a monthly membership. After getting a little more context it was agreed to hold it until I spoke with the sender. The following day I went to go pick it up assuming it was being held based on previous conversation with UPS and the sender of my package. All to find out that UPS decided to send it back anyways and noted that I refused it.

Im switching to fed-ex across the street. I had to notarize and send a letter for my friend that I was sending a few days late. I went to take a picture of the letter and the guy helping me to show that I was in the UPS store and the letter was going out that day and he didn’t need to worry about it being a second later than the picture I was sending. Well the guy which I am guess was the owner, freaked out. He yelled at me and demanded to know why I was taking his picture and told me to get out of his store. I was very surprised, told him I was sorry and I didn’t mean to offend him and carefully let him see as I deleted the picture as I apologized again. He kept freaking out and took my money grumbling the whole time. I asked if I could take a picture without him in it. He said ok but he was still awful and super rude and abusive. I took another pic with the store in the background because I still needed to prove to my friend that he could be sure it was going out that day. The dude started freaking out again. He yelled I couldn’t take pictures of his store and threatened to kick me out again. Anyway, long story short, in the end he took my money but was a total jerk about the whole thing. I think he has mental problems and should seek professional help. I’ll never go back but something tells me he could care less. Fed-Ex is right across the street. I would recommend a vasectomy over sending anything from Milwaukie Marketplace UPS store.

I’ve been to numerous UPS stores and this is the first store that charge $3 for taping a single side of the box. Make sure to tape your box well otherwise they will charge you.

Been to this store several times for different services and have never had a problem with staff very helpful and friendly I've gone there 3 times for a Amazon return again no problem hard to believe some of the nasty comments I've been reading

Trash customer service. Had an Amazon return in the exact same box it came in that needed two tiny pieces of tape and they wanted me to buy a roll of tape for five dollars. My normal ups store has a roll of tape behind the counter for such situations. Won’t be back.

These guys and gals are closed ups store. Amazon returns are limited in authorized or close locations. But the staff are always friendly and help full, thank you.
