Tyler Hibbetts (PieceOfSh%#t)of TOP TIER INSURANCE on MCLOUGHLIN BLVD was my agent for about seven years. Licensed agents have a fiduciary responsibility to protect your interest. That is offer coverages that fit your needs, checkups, and such. Tyler Hibbetts FAILED his by switching my coverage whereas I had GAP insurance to a policy that did not provide that coverage. Without making me aware. That failure cost me $7679.00 for which he accepts no responsibility. Currently the state of Oregon insurance Commission is investigating my claim. Further legal action will ensue! Caveat pre-emptor of Tyler Hibbetts!

I realized today that my insurance rates were being raised starting next month instead of going down, even though I've been with the same insurance company for 3 years with no accidents, violations or claims. On top of this, I've been attempting to get a requote on my auto insurance, but haven't been able to get ahold of my agent for the last 6 months.I got a requote through Progressive's website instead. I had to call Progressive and get them to cancel my current policy and start a new one directly through them without Top Tier as the middle-man. Doing this saved me $70/mo. If you want to keep your principals thus keeping business, answer your phones or at least attempt to return their calls.

Been insured through top tier for about 3 years now. Tyler Hibbitts has been my agent the entire time. He got my previous rate below half of what it was with other agencies, and is hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had!
