“This place is great. I always find something fun and unique every time I shop. Selection is always varied. The value is wonderful. Everything is priced to move! The service is great also. I love how they hire all types of people with all types of style and personality”
“Love this place. It’s the kind of spot you can actually find real gems on the cheap. This is like what thrifting used to be like! Aisha is sweetie. Go support her! And donate!”
“Great experience here and got a great couch for my apartment. The gentleman was super helpful with my questions about material, feel, etc. Tape measures on site and he even helped me with measuring. Couch selection definitely varies so might be tough to find your needs but def worth a look. I did delivery and paid for assistance and they came the next day”
“This is the best resale/donation center store I've ever shopped in the Portland area! Great prices and selection of items, especially in the furniture selection!”
“This is an excellent thrift store! The atmosphere and item curation are boutique-y, while the prices are very reasonable. When I was browsing it seemed like a majority of items are in the $10-20 range. It's also a wonderful nonprofit. I'll definitely be coming back!”
9AM - 2:30PM
11020 NE Halsey St, Portland“I have been shopping at PACS since my now adult kids were babies. The whole reason my family was able to dress as well as we were, is because of this store. They often have food or flowers they give out to customers when you show up.There are 2 sides. One side has clothing, blankets, purses, wallets, socks, ties, bedding, cards, books, shoes, slippers...and sometimes yarn, and other craft hobby oriented supplies. The other side has patio/indoor/office furniture, kitchen supplies, framed pictures, household, mugs, baskets, electronics, office supplies, collectables, toys...and most anything you can think of. They don't always have what I'm looking for, but I know if I come back in a few days, whatever that is will be there. The prices are very reasonable, with a sliding scale 4 color tag system that includes "full price", "25% off", "50% off", ending with .25 cents. The colors change to their "next step" twice a month, and there are always new items available daily. When I would take my small children with me to the shop, I would pay them one penny per hanger they found in the store. They would scour the racks for empty hangers, and that ended up helping the volunteers who run the stores. When my girls were old enough (Jr. High age) I let them become volunteers and they learned some basic skills that have helped them eventually land paying jobs. The stores are run mostly by volunteers, and they are always looking for more help. They do great letters of reference, and have helped my kids get their very first job. There is a medical side for people who don't have healthcare readily available, but I am not as familiar with that service. All in all my family and I have benefited so much from this store. It's in my top 3 favorite thrift stores, and would highly recommend it to anyone who has a limited clothing budget like we do.A tip.....Their cart supply doesn't usually allow for each person to use one. If you need one, I usually wait at the front of the line where people check out, and when someone is done using theirs, I take it off their hands. They will also take any paper or plastic bags you don't need, as they use them when customers check out.”
“What a great selection of things that I didn’t think I still needed.... the guys are there Great, and they work with you and they are some nicest people around and I’ll continue to do business with him as long I’m in in the area”
“We loved seeing the cat for adoption and the wall of cat alumni was super cute. They had a large selection of women's clothing and it was fun to shop around. I wish the kitchen section was larger but understandable that it wasnt.”

114 NW 3rd Ave, Portland“Neat store, huge selection, friendly knowledgeable staff. It's too bad about it's location though. Lots of tents, smell of pee, crazy man in middle of street yelling. I work downtown so I'm a bit desensitized to it but I could only imagine what some may think.”
9AM - 6PM
10330 SE 82nd Ave, Happy Valley“I went on Saturday, and although it was busy (parking lot was full) it didn't feel busy inside. They have a large selection of nice quality items and a very good price. They don't have sales, so the price is the price, but I got a brand new with tags on tankini top for only $8. I'll make the longer drive out here again.”
“A dedicated staff of volunteers who are willing to provide the endless hours needed to help those in need make the variety of services offered here possible. The patience and dedication they demonstrate on a daily basis is truly amazing. Their non judgemental sincere concern and caring is evidence of their commitment to every individual who walks in their door asking for assistance. Instead of feeling like you are being given a handout based on pity you leave with the feeling someone honestly just wanted to give you a hand up and that they understand everyone goes through hard times. Whether it is a food box, counseling or one of the other many services they provide it is the individuals who selflessly commit their time who make this place truly special.”

“If you’re looking for nice brands, friendly service, and decent prices this is the place! Lots of one of a kind skirts, sweater shirts, jackets, and jewelry. Was easy for me to find conservative and cute tshirts for my business casual attire!”

6940 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland“I like this place. I was sending a pic of a cool mirror to my friend, and my friend asked me if the owner of rerun was following me around to see if I was stealing, and when I zoomed in on the mirror pic she was literally right behind me watching me lol.”
“Best of Portland and it clearly shows in the merchandise and the prices. It is a true adventure finding a plethora of treasures. Owners are very accommodating and friendly. I have recommended this store to everyone who loves thrift shopping as much as we do.”
11AM - 4PM
1731 SE 10th Ave, Portland“Great spot to recycle old electronics safely + efficiently. Not a brick and mortar store anymore, which is disappointing, but glad they are keeping employees away from COVID, which is still rampant. Hope what we donate can be used to help someone in need. Cheers ??PS: a Community Center with Digital Navigators to help people use internet services?? Amazing!!! Ok now I want to volunteer”
“Have been coming here for several years. Just like most other thrift stores sometimes you find some wins and sometimes you find nothing, its all apart of the process. Always friendly staff and clean store. Glad to have something like this in the local area.”
“I love this laid back thrift store. They have a great selection of books and all kinds of cool items. Everything is clean and In good shape, and there is always something new. No frills and good finds. Prices are actually reasonable and the staff is super friendly and inviting. I highly recommend you check it out!”
“The store is massive two stories. And tons of variety! Definitely a must see! Also the bar in back is hella AWESOME!!!Live concerts, pool, large variety of brews! I definitely recommend a visit!”
“Best Little Thrift Store ...all volunteers operate the store with a smile. All items are donated and in great condition...from new to vintage and the BEST part is the proceeds help people who struggle with addiction.”
“The, let me elaborate, THE BEST HANDS DOWN THRIFT STORE. Geat prices, great organization, even friendliest staff of any thrift store I've ever visited. Thank you for the food box as well”
“I've been coming to this store for many years! I just love this place! Great prices, awesome selection and amazing staff! I'd like to recognize one particular staff member that stands out. Her name is Allie and she can be found most days in the book room sorting out books and adding to the seldom empty bookshelves. Since she started working there the book department has become so much easier to navigate! Also, she really takes pride in her work and takes interest in the customers. She even asked me my name and asked me what kind of books I like! When I come so when I visit, she can point me in the right direction. I buy a lot of books from PACS because I sell books for a living. In the past, I would shop at PACS about twice a month. Now I'm there nearly every day directly because its so much better because of her energy there! Keep up the amazing work! I appreciate you!”
“I came into the store not knowing what I needed. I had a cheap soundbar at home and wanted to upgrade to a surround sound system. My only requirement was the system had to be affordable. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they were knowledgeable, and the system came in way under the budget I had in mind. I’m thrilled with my purchase. Thank you. I’ll be back.”
“I’ve been shopping at this goodwill for about 2 years and never had a bad experience. All the staff is helpful and kind. It’s ran by a guy named Curtis and he’s super friendly and helpful. In my opinion it’s perfectly ran and just wanted to let other shoppers know this store is amazing!”
