Usually really good customer service, but there needs to be better execution. I called ahead to order one gallon of paint. It was not mixed and ready as I was told it would be. I even called to confirm it was ready for pickup. This put me behind an entire day of time on my project. Not ok.

Worst customer service. Guy with the jiu-jitsu tattoo wouldn't help me. Came in there just looking for a generic gallon of paint, proceeded to tell me he couldn't help because of recommending colors on customer policy. Anyways, chose then waited 15 minutes with no response. They are the worst.

I had purchased an oil based enamel a few months ago that was tinted wrong (human error- it happens) but I stopped by and Jade was super helpful and helped color correct it.They were patient and accommodating andsaved me from having to buy all new paint.Would definitely return for other paint needs.

I am new to the area, so this was my first visit to a Sherwin-Williams. The store was busy on Saturday morning! The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They kept a nice pace going, no one had to wait too long to get assisted. And the pricing was very fair.

The paint brushes and paint accessories seem pretty expensive here. However, I was able to bring in a photo of a color I found on Pinterest that I was hoping they could produce for me and they did so without issue. We were in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Kids working in the store were polite and knowledgeable.

The employee attended to our needs in a timely manner and was able to match an odd color perfectly. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products he sells. Will definitely use Sherwin-Williams again.

I reached out to the Milwaukie Sherwin-Williams location due to the Clackamas store recommending me to since they did not have the paint I needed. When I first reached out, since they did not have the quart size I needed, I was offered 50% off a gallon size instead since they had it on hand. I only needed a quart size, and also overheard that the gallon was currently on sale anyway. I asked if I could get the 50% off the price the gallon was currently at then I would take it since it would have basically been the same price as the quart size. They said no they couldn't do that, what they were doing is increasing the price of the gallon back to full price then wanting to give it to me for half off.I did not need a gallon of the paint to sit in my garage and go to waste so just requested the quart size be ordered from a different store and I'd pick it up at their location, which was the other option that was offered to me.I was then given to the Manager, and he said it would all be taken care of, and that I could pick it up the next day, the quart would be $27. I said ok and that I would be ready when they called to come and pick it up.No call the next day. I called and asked about the quart and they said it had been busy but wasn't in yet, and again reassured me that they'd call once it had arrived. It has been over a week now, I never received a call from the Milwaukie Manager or any employee that the paint I needed was in. At this point, I just was going to tell them never mind anyway not worth my time.I was trying to surprise my daughter with getting her room done in time for her birthday, clearly that didn't happen! I will likely start checking out other places to buy paint for my house going forward due to poor customer service from two Sherwin-Williams locations within 3 weeks, but the Milwaukie customer service and zero follow-through was the worst.
