“This exact location iswhere I would only use for storage. There's a man there who showed me true compassion as well as a problem solver. But heres the thing he helped in a way that his hand was out for me all I had to do is get up and meet him half way. He was a teacher and then I went out and saved my storage unit. He didn't have to do any of the but when you let go of ego and say I need help real people can see that. His name is Kelly Smith. I didnt know himand had my thoughts about him, he showed me that hes a real man and for that im truly grateful and I hope I can have his integrity one day. Thankyou Kelly you're a amazing man !!!”

“Ive had a unit here for around 6 months now. Never had any issues. Really good customer service. I even lost my key once and the lady helped me get into my unit pretty quickly, i appreciated it a lot. The guy that works here is friendly and helpful too. Ill use this place until my needs for storage are over. They have an automatic payment option. Or you can pay over the phone or online i think. Their hours suck (they close at 6 pm, and are only open 4 hours on sat/sun) but it hasn't been a big deal. They have 3 loading docks and 2 elevators. I have to walk far to my unit but the prices couldnt be beat so its worth it.”
“They were wildly understaffed today, this would have been a one star review except the manager Cody was so professional, patient and polite with a crowd of people all by himself! We ended up needing extra help with equipment and hooking up the trailer, and he was so gracious even with a line around the store. Thank you Cody!”
