“I’ve used this location for a bit over a year now, and it’s amazing.
Yesterday I was there organizing my unit, and shifted wrong and dislocated my knee! I got a call out to the front desk. Tim was amazing, he came up with a trolly, helped get me positioned on it, loaded all of my stuff back into the unit for me, and he got me to the lobby where I was cleared by an EMT (we had accidentally popped it back into place while getting repositioned on the elevator!).
He made a super spontaneous and stressful situation as smooth as possible and I’m super appreciative.”

“Awesome Staff!! I needed help urgently. I called a few times in one day with so many questions. Brittany answered the phone each time and talked me through all of my questions with patience, thoughtfulness and understanding. Michelle has also helped my other half at a time that felt extremely important. Michelle helped resolve a problem he was having with a lock. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with patience and understanding.
I was, and remain truly grateful for Brittany and Michelle's kindness coupled with professionalism with regard to every call I made that day to Brittany. Michelle took time and effort to make sure our lock worked out.

“Ive had a unit here for around 6 months now. Never had any issues. Really good customer service. I even lost my key once and the lady helped me get into my unit pretty quickly, i appreciated it a lot. The guy that works here is friendly and helpful too. Ill use this place until my needs for storage are over. They have an automatic payment option. Or you can pay over the phone or online i think. Their hours suck (they close at 6 pm, and are only open 4 hours on sat/sun) but it hasn't been a big deal. They have 3 loading docks and 2 elevators. I have to walk far to my unit but the prices couldnt be beat so its worth it.”

“Parley and Josh were extremely helpful and made renting a van super easy. I was very late for my appointment slot and they not only soothed my frazzled nerves but helped me check out the van and grab the keys in no time. Even after I had returned by rental they made sure I was save while getting all my belongings into my own car. Uhaul has truly struck gold with these incredible and caring employees. This is the Uhaul location you want to use if you have a choice. Sometimes you just get lucky and have a customer service experience that restores your faith in humanity and I’m that lucky lady.
