These guys royally screwed up recall/warranty work on my Charger. Would strongly recommend not taking your vehicle here for service.

After dropping off my 5 year old Dodge Ram at the dealership last Thursday via an off shore call center appointment, I have not been able to reach a service agent or any other representative at the dealer since. Like most people, I need my vehicle to be able to work. It is unacceptable to not get any calls, emails or text message replies after multiple attempts. A call or or contact would be greatly appreciated to better understand when my vehicle might be returned and/or an approximate cost. Thank you.

Service center is a joke. Way overpriced for labor and parts. I'd suggest going elsewhere unless you're independently wealthy.

Bree was very nice. But the rest of the experience was terrible. Outrageously high prices, $1500. for a water pump.$85. for a license plate light. $120. to change the air filter. $540 to replace the shock absorbers on the hood. For obvious reasons, I will not be going back there again.

What a great service visit at Ron Tonkin! The service was outstanding, and I felt completely satisfied. The department was clean and organized and represented new management Evan Muncy.I would like to commend Evan for taking such care of his staff , which in turn provides the best possible experience.Thank you!

If you have the ability to take your jeep elsewhere for service do it. The service department is so lacking. The attitude and don't give two figs for the customer is very apparent. After having my jeep for months still not all repairs were complete. Then they charged for warranty work. You all at Jeep need to do better::::: UPDATE;; Service manager contacted me and was able to resolve all issues. Thank you Ron Tonkin for caring about the customer

I just purchased a used Jeep from them and the service /process was so easy. Buying a car is so stressful but the team made it a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy/sell/ or trade!Should out to Brian, Andy, and Everardo!

I am only making this review because Evan Muncy was the best customer service rep I have ever talked to at this location. I haven't been serviced here in years and he still took the time to pull up my history and send me every single thing I needed, and SO quick! Made the process of getting my Jeep fixed that much quicker. Thank you Evan!

If you value your time, money, and good business look elsewhere. Completely crooked! Timing, parts and pricing are terrible. Diagnosis roulette with the service team? No thanks!Brought my WORK vehicle in for stalling issues and a recall back in May. Have been without a WORK VEHICLE for 5 months. These people only do work when you call them on it!Worst location in the Pacific Northwest by a long shot.

UPDATE: My rating gained one star because they were able to fix the recall by the Friday deadline but lost 2 stars because of the continued no-can-do attitude by the service rep, Becky. The engine noise issue was still not resolved. The mechanic's note stated ""scan for codes, no engine light found, no store codes, found several after market devices installed at this time". When I asked Becky what after-market part was identified as the cause of the engine noise, she said they could help because they don't deal with those issues. I told her I understood that it would not be a RAM issue if it was a part installed by the RV outfitter but she still refused to help or willing to seek answers from the mechanic. All she gave was more excuses why they can't help. I don't understand why the reluctance to be helpful to diagnosis the problem? Was it because the van was still under RAM warranty and they didn't want any responsibility? Why couldn't they have offered to do the diagnosis and repair if I agreed to foot the bill? I would have completely understood if I was explained what exactly was the issue. The mechanic states "SEVERAL after market parts" but according to RT, there are only 2 parts installed or altered in the engine. The UHG and the coolant hoses. At least at the time of pick up, I was able to thank Brea for her can-do and professional customer service. But I will not be returning to Ron Tonkin and cannot recommend them to anyone else. Original Post: I would have given only one star but the extra star was for Brea who took the time to show us the lift they had for my RV Promaster van at the time of making the appointment inside their service office. On the morning of our scheduled appointment (2 weeks later), we received an automated email asking to complete the online check-in procedure. I answered several questions and was also able to add my own written notes to the mechanic. I was very impressed with the software functionality because I could see everything about our service appointment for both a recall and the engine idling rough. I also saw the notes Brea took about the engine and possible loose pulley, which were very clearly written. I had good vibes about the Ron Tonkin dealership at this point. However, when we dropped off our RV with Becky, that's when things started going wrong. All we heard were excuses: An excuse for why the notes that both Brea and I wrote in the computer system were no longer there: " Things just disappear!" An excuse for why they needed to keep my van for 4 days. " We are inundated with recalls". An excuse for why on the afternoon of the 3rd day nothing had been done to the RV: "Our internet was down all day!" Tomorrow is Friday and we will be picking up our van no matter what, because I am not going to leave my $150k vehicle in their parking lot over the weekend. It will be bad enough having it there for 4 nights vulnerable to a break-in. If this dealership can turn around their operation's dilemmas and get my van fully serviced and the recall fixed by end of biz day tomorrow, I will gladly change my 2 stars to 4 stars. Stay tuned.
