When you walked into the waiting room, there were boxes all over the place.
I had the blood work order on my phone. They said they could not use it and when I said I could fax or print the orders they said their fax/printer was not working. I had to find another place to print it out from my phone and then when I brought it back in, they could not, do the bloodwork because they did not have all the information that they said they needed.
This location needs to tidy up and quest overall should tell Patients that they should print out their orders or confirm that their orders were sent directly from the provider.

Super convenient location, self check in took a couple of attempts to accept my info but otherwise easy and I was seen within 15 min of my check in. The phlebotomist was amazing at her job. My draw went quick, painless and left me bruise free which is often not the case for me. I will def return if/when I need more lab results.

If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a blood draw the girl Carla had no clue what she was doing ! I thought people had to have training in order todo this. But before she went to poke me she said she was scared! You don’t tell someone your scared before you put a needle in there arm! Also told me that she would poke me in the middle of my arm cause there’s usually a vein there?! I’m distressed that I sat through this
And this is the first unsuccessful draw I have ever had in my life . I will never go back here! This isn’t ok..

The technician was not very helpful or warm. She told us that the way our labs were sent were going to cost us several hundred dollars more. I called the doctor. They resent it multiple times but the way it shows up electronically is on multiple pages and can't be helped. The tech started doing the labs anyway and just said she was going to bill me in spite of me trying to get it on one sheet, which she said would be most cost effective.

Horrible and ignore the owners claim of services offered. They advertised drug screens and after you schlep across town to multiple locations the staff look at you like you're crazy for asking about urine drug screens

The staff has always been friendly, but there is almost no point in scheduling an appointment because they’re always running late.
Yesterday they were running 15 minutes late on my appointment, even though there was no one in the room being serviced.
They (one phlebotomist, one person running the computer) finally opened the door…only to call out for a woman who had just arrived.
I had to say “My appointment was 15 minutes ago,” but the staff apparently had no idea even though I was showing on the lobby check in board and also right there on the computer in the room. I had also checked in 10 minutes before my appointment.
This is the first time they tried to just completely skip me over, but not the first time (so many times) they have been behind on their schedule.
I would never come here if it wasn’t the closest place to my house.

Was super fast and easy, and the girl who did my procedure was very pleasant and very skilled at what she was doing—I had my blood drawn and I barely felt anything at all. Very satisfied with my experience here. : )

I’ve been here a few times and have always had pleasant experiences with the phlebotomists. Make an appointment before you go, as walk ins don’t take priority.
Docking one star because I often have to pay more than anticipated, but maybe this isn’t a preferred lab for my insurance.

Every time my doctor sends labs here, they bill me before they bill my insurance. Then I have my insurance call them and send them my insurance card. Then they say I don't have insurance. Then they call my doctor, and my doctor sends them my insurance. Then they bill me without billing my insurance. What the heck is going on over here? I've done this with them 3 times now. They owe me money because I paid the first bill when they should've billed my insurance. I still don't have a refund and it's been a year and a half.

Had an appointment at 1:50 on March 6th. Arrived a few minutes beforehand, a d the door was locked at the place appeared to be closed. Sign on door indicated they should have been open. Went up to Safeway customer service just to see if they knew the hours and why they were closed. My boyfriend and I were in a hurry so I was a little concerned that they were closed, even though I had an appointment.. We waited outside for several minutes, and finally I knocked on the door.. I knocked loudly, so if they were in the back they could hear me.. After a few minutes a woman came and opened the door. She said she would be a minute. I saw a kiosk to sign in, so I did. I provided my insurance cards and verified my information. A few minutes later a woman who looked angry came to take me back. I was a little miffed because she started asking me for the same information I just provided at check in. I didn't say anything about it and just handed her my insurance cards. Then she says "I have the right to refuse anyone for service". I said no problem, and walked out. Here is my advice, don't go get your blood drawn at a grocery store and if that lady hates her job such, she should consider getting a new job. I will never go back.

Super small lab in the back of the Safeway to the right of the pharmacy. Very quiet and few staff, likely due to its size and quest. I arrived early to my appointment time and the check-in was straightforward and on the left when you walk in, so easy to find. They had audible directions playing for those who are visually impaired and had plenty of seating. The lab tech was very nice and all-in-all I had a quick and efficient appointment.
